As soon as I told her what I wanted she went to grab a couple of boxes and brought them to me. I love how she took a chance with my style and totally nailed it. A lot of off brand shoes, peppered with a few name brands. The staff is crappy. I was getting ready to drop over $100 on 2 pairs of shoes. The girl working the register was hiding on the floor behind the register have a personal call. There were about 6 customers in the store so she could have waited another hour for the store to close or at least for us to leave. She was aurging with someone about them answering the phone. Which she wouldn't have been worry about if she was focused on work and the customers in the store. I ended up putting the shoes down and walking out. So I don't know if it was the brand or the store, but if you don't see your size, try on something close. You'd be surprised.

BUT after getting no help at Sephora in Kohl's I decided to go here to make my Clinique purchase. Even though they don't have a specified Clinique person anymore, I received great assistance. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and even threw in some sample products. I will come here from now on. Their kid section is pretty legit too and the girls over that department are amazing. Every year they organize a runway deal where they let the kids model Belk clothes and my nieces and nephew had a blast. From having snacks available to helping find their sizes and even games afterwards, they go above and beyond to make it a success.
