I was the one making the return not my friend. Felt like she was trying to embarrass me in front of other people in the store, when I literally started to leave as soon as she said I couldn't do the return.

They have cute Korean style clothes. The price tags are pretty expensive, but they go on sale after a while, like 50% off. The service was appalling from the start. The person who answered was incredibly rude, responding with "Who? Huh? She's not here. You still wanna talk to another manager?" When I was finally transferred, the next person dismissively asked, "Who emailed you?" and told me there was nothing she could do, basically telling me to just "get in line" on the release day. Why send out personal invitations if the staff isn't trained to handle the inquiries? This location lacks basic communication and professional courtesy.
