(I could hear they were talking about their weekend plans) No one greeted me or offered to help me with anything. I walked around the entire store and found some jeans I was going to try on but no one approached me at all to help. I decided to skip trying on anything there and exited as soon as I could. I was frustrated that no one said anything to me as they greeted some others as they walked in. I was dressed appropriately and normally I end up buying something when I go in Evereve. My home store is either Sioux Falls, SD or Naples, FL. Both of them are super, the people that work there greet everyone when they walk in and are extremely helpful picking out items that I wouldn't even think to try on. I generally end up buying what they pick out. This is the second time this has happened to me at the Jordan Creek Mall store. Not too excited to go back to that store.

When you walk in the store you are greeted by one of the personal consultants who will help you find what you are looking for, get you a dressing room and sometimes challenge you to try something you may never have considered. I love the entire experience! And the clothes, although you pay a bit more, are high quality, trusted brands that make you feel great, and last for seasons. They have off season pieces at discounts and hold sales throughout the year, and I enjoy picking up sale pieces as well as adding new key pieces to my wardrobe when I visit. If you read up on the website or ask in store you will find there is a story behind the founders and the building of the Evereve name. There is a blog by the founders with great tips, insight, thoughts, and so much more! And a theme the team carries through "find fashion, experience joy" in every store along with promoting their "with heart" campaign. A portion of sales goes to charity and you can contact them to hold events in store supporting and promoting meaningful causes. They offer online sales, and a trendsend program (you create a profile and your personal consultant creates and sends you boxes with coordinating pieces you can try and choose from as often as you would like, all delivered to your door!) I love the trendsend idea but personally enjoy the in store experience so haven't signed on for a trendsend... yet. If you are looking for a special outfit for a trip or special date night, or for a comfortable weekend run around outfit, work clothes or fun clothes and want to look great and feel amazing, stop in and see what the team can do for you! You will be filled with joy in your experience and won't be disappointed.

I purchased a couple of sweaters for my wife, as Christmas gifts. One sweater fit, the other did…read morenot. Talbots is not a store with low prices. I had the gift receipts for both, but couldn't remember which receipt, went for which sweater. So my wife took both sweaters (and gift receipts) back in to the store I purchased them from, with the intent to either replace the non-fitting sweater or receive the amount I paid for it. She was met with extremely poor customer service by a "mature employee" (probably close to my age) and was given a hard time and down right rude attitude to her, about returning the sweater. I shopped at Talbots, because at one time they were a very reputable store, apparently this is no longer true. My wife was so upset, that when she came home, she said she would no longer shop there again; and asked that I do the same. In this day and age of struggling economy, you would think a store of items priced as they are, would put forward a better customer service attitude to retain clients. Unfortunately, not only did they loose my wife's future purchases, but mine also, going forward.

Come to find out the girl working still couldn't spell it correct, and there is no way after they place the order to change it. Also, girl placing the order said don't tap the card, insert it or you get double charged. So I inserted my card and entered my pin. The next day there are 3 charges coming out of my account. I called the store back explained what happened and she told me that it's a known issue for the double charge and I shouldn't have inserted the card. I said you told me to! She then proceeds to tell me she can't fix the extra charge and I have to contact Levi customer service. 10 days later I still do not have the refund. I have spent 4 different times talking to these people and spent over 3 hours chatting with them and still no refund! I finally called my bank and initiated a charge back and had to have my debit card cancelled in order to get anything back. Your customer service absolutely sucks in the store and the main call center.

Through the years, I have purchased many items from Kohl's, and not once have I been disappointed…read more I know.....their marketing strategy is geared toward making people believe that everything they buy is a very good deal. But, in fact, they usually are!! I honestly believe that Kohl's offers everyone an outstanding value on almost all of the products they sell. Their prices on goods are both reasonable and fair, and offer solid value for price paid. All of their stores are exceptionally clean, well stocked and the merchandise is attractively displayed. And Kohl's does an excellent job of hiring. Their employees are courteous, professional, well informed , helpful and friendly! What's not to like about Kohl's? I will continue to shop at Kohl's well into the foreseeable future!
