The kids wanted shoes and watches so really there were a few customers about 20 or 25. Anyways we made to the shoe department, and we started with the girls and of course my husband he needed help anyways we got all the girl's shoes and I mention to my husband we need a buggy so I found one took me a few minutes when I turned around and I see this guy starry at me did not think nothing of it. So, I went where my husband was put all the boxes of shoes in buggy and we started with the boy's shoes all of sudden I see the same guy again I told my husband we are being watched by this fake security guy he goes yea I know. So pretty much mush we were being followed. This guy was like a leash So, we were done in this department, and we took the elevator down to go get the great grand baby clothes and watches for the kids then my husband tells me there's another fake security guy on your left I said what the effing shit it this. This was the most uncontrollable experience that we ever had we are in our 60s what the hell we don't have to steal we have jobs. These two idiots they were like LEASHES. At one point i was going to say something but I would be wasting my time. Then we go to cash out and there's no cashiers in front or the back we had to go to the Sephora makeup area oh my goodness, :( Let me give you a tip on your security have them dress neat clothes and not walk like clowns. They've gone off the boil a bit lately and they're not as popular as they used to be but some people still swear by them. They are expensive and I can't really tell you if they're friendly or not cuz the damn place was actually really busy on the day that I was here so nobody actually talked to either me or Barbie for the 5 or 7 is that we were in here but I will tell you that Barbie never finds anything she really loves in these stores and they're just a little bit too classy and trendy for her. Cool colors The brand itself mostly focuses on black and white clothing as the name clearly suggests, and seasonally they choose one color and make clothing items in that featured color. 3. Women's only It is women's only clothing store and geared towards business professional women. You will find some jeans and T-shirts, but their style is not really laid back, and that is what I like about the brand. Their dresses and skirts almost always have POCKETS. That is a big deal for me. In other brands, you won't find pockets. Another thing about pockets is it is big enough my iphone plus sized phones fit just fine without looking bulky and weird. Their midi skirts and high heels are my favorites. I literally have every single one ever sold. And yes, almost half my closet is from this brand. She walked around the store looking for an item for the person on the phone without asking any of the other two associates to help or acknowledge me.This went on for sometime until it became so embarrassing to the people working in the store that one of them stopped and asked me if I've been helped. I said no and then received the help that I needed to do a return. The line to check out was fairly long and they had 1-2 cashiers and every single person checking out had issues - including my sister. She noticed the shirt she picked had marks on it and requested to have it switched but I seen staff just standing around the store not doing much when they could have been used as backup to help the line move along.

Signing up for the rewards program gives you a nice discount and then going during sales makes the deal even better. They have lots of fitting rooms. Again, the staff knows their business. The girl that helped me knew exactly where to find my size and type and all I asked for was pants that fit. She lead me right to a special stock they had that was my style and on sale for an awesome price.
