I went here to get pants for a wedding I was in and I was very impressed with the service! I don't…read morego clothes shopping for myself at all and so I'm not very much into fashion, but the guy helping me gave me a ton of information and tips to make sure I was looking good on wedding day! He even pointed out that I've been wearing too large of pants and that it should rest higher on my hips, so now I actually know what waist size I am I didn't even need one, but I got a dress shirts as well since you could tell the clothes were such great quality and they look incredibly sleek. It's quite pricey but you definitely get what you pay for! Would definitely go back again whenever I make it out clothes shopping again.

I ended up finding a great pair of jeans, and though the North Loop location doesn't do hemming in-store, the clerk told me I could take the pants to another location to have it done. She even wrote a note on my receipt asking the other store to retroactively process my $20 trade -in credit (Madewell has a denim trade - in program where you can bring in any brand of jeans for $20 off. I obviously didn't know about that when I made my purchase). Cute store, great people. It's just a little difficult to park because there is no lot, only pricy city meters nearby.

I would check out various stores as I went with friends and/or family but did not find anything of quality/good fit. I have had pairs of Madewell jeans before so thought I would check this location out. I also had seen online they had a $50 or 40% deal off in stores and online so I drove on over - dreading trying on jeans but hopeful. Upon walking in, TWO staff greeted me kindly, not pressuring me to buy but simply to say hello. I immediately felt some relief and a bit more comfortable! They let me know the daily deals and to let them know if I had any questions (perfect...no pressure and I can browse first). I did so, browsing for a bit, but I needed some help so I asked a staff and she was FANTASTIC. She helped me figure out the styles/fits based on what I was looking for, collected jeans and prepared a fitting rooms with them, helped me find the perfect size based on what jeans stretch more or less, etc. I showed her many pairs as I tried them on and she asked questions to ensure a good fit - is a comfortable fit, can you sit okay, explained materials and fit, let me know the stretch for the jeans, etc. (round of applause..). She made me feel confident in selecting a couple pairs of jeans and I never once felt she was just trying to sell me stuff. Will NOT go another place for jeans (and other items, such good clothing - side note but I came back and they helped me with finding a shirt for my engagement photos). 10/10 check out for finding the perfect pair of jeans and other clothing items and shoes. Also - found a perfume I ADORE! Check this location out.

Then as we were going through the store, they were there to help, but not hovering. When I would come out of dressing room, if something didn't fit right, there was a lady there to help me find the correct size. Then, when checking out, she was doing her job and upselling by making suggestion of accessories and leggings that would go well with outfit. (Usually this bothers me, but they were good suggestions, and those items were on sale. Loved this store, I'll be back!

I definitely doubted they would make it this far but glad to see them thriving. Aeropostale almost always has decent sales/deals going on. Overall most of the clothes are pretty affordable & decent quality. Back in my HS years this was more of a teens/early college years style brand and still to this day kind of feels the same. Very colorful, very casual & fun. I do like some of the collabs they do such as the Sanrio/HK merch so that will get in and looking a bit. They also used to have a fitness sister brand (I forgot the name) but they used to sell really nice fitness sets. I believe they still have a section of it in the store but I haven't looked that much in a while. You can for sure put together some decent outfits here without breaking the bank if it's your style.

Honestly I usually purchase brands like…read morethis and similar ones from Nordstrom's but I was looking for shorts and passed by this store at the Mall of America. Thank goodness I did! I got 2 great pairs of shorts and had wonderful customer service! There was also a crazy sale going on for 40% off the first item and then 50% off the second. Who knew? Anyway it was a pleasure to stop in here and have such great service and an easy purchase!

This is a new shop just doors away from the Apple Store the Microsoft store and the famous Lego…read morestore. It has been open for maybe 6 months and they offer women's exercise/ activewear-- PLENTY of sizes good sales right now but an unusual return policy. If it is a return with receipt ( not sure if the time restrictions), no problem. But the fun great tank top with tiny holes and very neat side double straps under the arm, wilted in my washing machine in warm ( not hot) water after just TWO washes, and became too soft and limp -- NO DRYER for the majority of these clothes!! I was very nice polite but the manager at first refused not only to take it back for a refund, but was ready to leave it " at that", nicely but quietly firmly. I raised my eyebrows VERY high, looked quite surprised shocked, took a giant inhale as I quickly thought what to say... and JUST then the manager sensing I PROBABLY would choose never to return... quickly offered an exchange for something else with credit added to the purchase of that new piece. Very nice But... I am not sure she will be so flexible next time... I find this quite shocking for ALL the nice Department stores that sell Calvin Klein products ALWAYS offer a refund if anything terrible happens SO FAST ( one week), including TARGET‼‼‼
