Really friendly staff! They took down a dress off one of the mannequin for me, but unfortunately it was wrong size - oh well! Loved how spacious this store was and really well laid out the floor plan is - everything is grouped together really logically. Also one of the neatest clearance racks I have ever seen at a Torrid store - sizes were in a proper ascending order and not only that, but there were separate circular racks! I.e. All clearance pants were in one spot, then another one held dresses, etc. Very impressed and will be back! Note: #94 of Yelp 100 challenge for 2016 read more

I think the first thing that struck me was that the deals here were better (read cheaper!!) than the Collierville Torrid store, as this store had an amazing buy one, get one free for clearance items whereas as Collierville store had buy one, get one 50% for clearance rack items. So with that kind of a discount, not only did my friend purchase 4 dresses for the price of 2, I ended up making out like a bandit too and purchased some clothes I had previously been on the fence about - but when its a BOGOF offer, that's an easy decision to make! Both our bills were right around the $100 mark (hey Torrid isn't cheap!!) but at $25 for 4 dresses, we both felt we got a great bargain! Also, just like at the Collierville store, the staff here were also so sweet and lovely!! You can save your time and go to Hobby Lobby or even Dollar General (in some cases) and find the exact same things for 1/3 of the price but the exact same quality of "boutique" items. The majority of booth owners are either living under the delusion of "I know what I've got" or know that rich white women of the area will pay whatever for the mass produced garbage that they markup and slap into their booth. I came across so many Temu prints thrown into frames and jacked up 300%. Insanity. Save your time. Save your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, I brought an $85 item to the counter to ask for a price…read morereduction, and was told "we don't call our sellers for less than $100". While I can appreciate this, I think the threshold should be lower say $50. Why not empower your employees to give 10% off on items less than $100 if that's your threshold? All I wanted was a $10 price reduction. There were workers standing around cooling their heels and shooting the breeze who could have called the seller. And we ended up spending over $500 before we left. What about that? You're welcome Quantum Antique Gallery. Second, I was asked to bring my cart back to the porch from my car. Really? You want me to do a favor for you, but you won't make a simple phone call for me? Who's the customer here? Third, there was confusion at the desk about which items were ours. Not a big deal in and of itself, but given numbers one and two, number three completes the poor customer service picture.
