I called the office, left my information, and got a return call within an hour to make arrangements - great communication! I was given the name and number of the guy who was supposed to show up at my house between 10 and 2 the following Saturday. I asked what prep needed to be done and was given instructions to help the stump removal run smoothly (remove and/or protect surrounding plants). That's where the good part of this review ends. THE BAD: Got up early on Saturday, went to the bank to get cash to pay the guy. "Temporarily" dug up some surrounding shrubs. Waited. At 1:15 when I had heard nothing, I texted the individual who I made arrangements with AND the individual who was supposed to come to do the work. No response. Tree trimming was good. Concrete work was good. The sprinkler system has some problems. The zones could have used more consideration. We have sprinkler heads in rock beds. Gaps in coverage and sprinkler heads that leave three feet of dry space in front of the house. We have called numerous times and received numerous promises of fixing it. After three months, they have not returned.
