He was able to tackle the invasive 50 ft tall empress trees that were quite a nuisance. He trimmed up some trees in the front and took down some small dead trees. He even repaired the fences that one of the trees was destroying and helped repair our deck. They also offer lawn service. I can't speak highly enough about Leo and his team! They cleaned up the entire mess and you'd never be able to tell any trimming/cutting was done. Amazing job! I called this morning to trim two trees in my front yard. They got back to me in 15 minutes and were able to do the job in the same afternoon. It only took them a couple of hours to trim the trees and clear all the debris. They even got rid of a couple of dead bushes for us! The estimate was very reasonably priced and they didn't charge us for the two bushes. I feel like we would have paid two or three times the amount if we had went to another tree service. His estimate was quite reasonable, so I hired him, and he and his crew came out the next morning and completed the job. In addition to being very responsive and offered a fair price, he did something else that I really liked: he used video calls to talk with me since I was at work when he came by for the estimate and again the next day to do the job. Two ENORMOUS pecan trees in my front yard which, by my estimate, had more DEAD wood than living. Put out feelers yesterday, 6/28 to various tree/landscape professionals. First to reply, almost immediately, was Leo with Metropolitan Tree Services. He promised someone would be by WITHIN 10 MINUTES to look over the job. David arrived within the timeframe, took some pictures, sent them to Leo. Leo promised to arrive shortly to discuss the job in detail. Short time later, Leo appears, inspects the trees himself, and quotes a price for the job which seemed incredibly reasonable to me. (After reading various reviews about Leo and his work, I decided I was NOT interested in spending the next week negotiating the service.) Leo then announced that he and his team would be here this morning, Saturday 6/29 to do the job. The guys arrived promptly with a load of dirt to fill in animal holes in the back yard - no charge!- if I would just pay $27 for dirt. That completed, David and two coworkers commenced with tree surgery. Shortly thereafter, Leo was back to jump in as part of the team. Before cocktail hour arrived, my front yard was White Glove Clean, no sign of small twigs or leaves. The plants surrounding the base of the trees which I begged to be protected in spite of the tons of debris falling from above were in terrific shape. I asked if, since the team was here, could someone trim the enormous boxwood hedge in front of the house as I am incapable of straight lines AND cannot reach the top of a 7 foot hedge. Again, the guys did a great job - GRATIS! What more could I possibly say about Leo, David and the boys? Quick response, great communication, honest and REALLY reasonable pricing, job COMPLETION within 24 hours and a couple extras tossed in for FREE! Of course, when I receive the kind of service I got today from Metropolitan Tree Services and Leo and his team, an extra gratuity was included in the final payment....an addition I was thrilled to provide. Leonardo did an awesome job for me. I had several huge limbs down after the storm and needed it cleaned up ASAP. I had my guy out that had done it in the past, but he was not showing up, and also said he couldn't take the branches. Leonardo came the next day and was able to do much more than the other guy, including taking a whole tree out, for even much less money than my other guy, and hauled away everything and cleaned up everything really well. He goes the extra mile, and even when we walked the job and I pointed out a few things he gladly took care of it, unlike other guys who would argue or say that wasn't in the bid. During Covid everyone doubled their prices to put up the Xmas lights around the edge of my roof. I asked on Nextdoor if anyone would do it for $350 (the price I've always paid). Metropolitan Tree Service responded right away, came out with 2 guys, one to hold the safety equipment for the other and they did a fantastic job in just 2 hours. While he was there I asked him to quote me to trim my live oaks. It was the first quote I've ever been given that I thought was reasonable. They did it right there on the spot. Raked up all the small debris. My live oaks look amazing. I've used them for 3 more projects (a privacy fence, sodding my side yard and mulching my beds). Wow, where do I begin with how amazing these guys are? Saturday morning after a storm, a tree in my neighbors yard was leaning towards my house. I looked into it closer and saw that the entire tree was probably an hour or two from taking out an entire 1/3 of my home. I called Leo freaking out. He helped me remain calm, had me send him some pictures. And within 15 minutes he had a quote and was on his way over.
