Holly had a great plan for what she wanted to do with my yard, including the flowerbeds. One thing that I appreciated was that she used as much of the material that had been installed by the previous homeowner as possible. This minimized the amount of new shrubbery needed and kept the costs down. I was very pleased with the initial presentation and the No Limit crew maintained the yard completely from there on out. The owner is infectiously cordial and polite. In the spirit of truthfulness I will say that there was a small communication snag very early on. However, Holly handled the matter professionally and courteously and I was very impressed to say the least. Also, there were a couple of times where I had to follow-up about something that may not had gotten done on the last cut. They were always extremely receptive and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Throughout the season it was a pleasure to come home every other Wednesday and see that our yard had been transformed into a beautiful almost scenic oasis. Whenever I did have a question about anything - usually to confirm receipt of my payment - Holly was prompt and again, courteous and professional. Verdict: No Limit is not one of those huge lawn care services with hundreds of residents in which you get lost as merely a number. It is a small company that is run by a woman who appears to truly love and understand what she does. Most importantly, she understands that service wins and attitudes count for much. My family -and I suspect my neighbors - are grateful for it, too.

I received a call from Sabrina who said that the crew had finished another job early and if it was alright to show up before lunch. The crew arrived and Bruce started working while his was eating their lunch. Long story short, they were done and gone with 2 hours of arrival and the trees were removed and the area cleared of storm debris. Very reasonable and efficient. After months of trying to get an appt I asked for a refund and was told they don't get paid until the voucher is redeemed.
