When I reached out and asked him to come back to correct the issue, he refused to take responsibility and instead blamed everyone else. He also responded in an unprofessional manner, calling other plumbers "stupid" instead of addressing my concerns. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted the work evaluated and corrected if necessary. Unfortunately, customer service and accountability were lacking. Prior to calling Jeff, I spoke with two other businesses who said they would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from either of them. I called Jeff and not only did he give me an estimate, I received it the same day, it was better than expected and the work was done within two days. In addition to the shrubs, he trimmed several other shrubs, edged the entire yard, did some weed eating and hauled everything away.
