If i had written this review 3 days ago the rating would be 1 star. But as i am writing this now…read moremy feeling is happy to had settled a return/exchange issue with an item I bought. I recently moved and needed a lot of items due to covid19 i was left with limited options to physically go in-store to buy. Long store short i spent around $5k at PC richard. 1 of the items was a mattress that my husband and i liked when we tested it in store; we inquired about the return policy and was told we had a 90 day guarantee. Fast forward to 2 nights after delivery and i'm having serious pains in my neck and back. 4 nights of sleeping on this pillow top left me with a bruise on my leg. This was not the soft pillow top we had tried. We go in store to see about a refund as the store had no other models we liked; we are shocked to now be told its an exchange only. I asked for a manger (thank the heavens for getting me Jason Burgos) and was told that it would only be an exchange for another mattress. Jason was willing to spend time with me to address my concerns. I explained how we hadn't even taken the mattress out of the plastic and that it just wasn't a fit for us and that we had already bought a new mattress elsewhere. He allowed me to vent and didnt pay me lip service by making promises that he couldnt keep. He kept in contact and advocated for a compromise, a store credit to buy other items. 72 hours later after so much back and forth my credit has been approved. There should be more store managers like Jason. Willing to go above and beyond for a loyal long time customer. I sincerely appreciate all that he did. PC Richard should be aware that if not for his actions I had planned to return all the other merchandise and close my account. I suggest that if you have any complaints/concerns while shopping there talk to Jason, he's a straight shooter and gets 5 stars from me.

I told my salesman Abu I know the measurements of the door but he said it's store policy. That's where it goes down hill. I was given a time of 10:15 to 1:15pm on 12/3/2025. At 1:32 pm I call customer service and the gentleman was rude. He said I should have known that my appointment was changed a later time and if the tech wasn't here I should have know he was delayed on a previous delivery. But no one contacted me. I would never buy an appliance from them again. Taking time off work for a 5 minute appointment is ridiculous. When the guy gets to my home he wanted me to open my gate for him. He came in to measure the doorway and I had to stop him to tell him to start measuring. After he measured the doors and my broken refrigerator he asked me if I want a refrigerator. I am puzzled because I had to buy a refrigerator and make an appointment for them to measure the doorways. So I wasn't sure why he asked if I want a refrigerator. So I get a call the next day. I was told the item wont fit though my door and they guy didnt submit the measurements. But they will still deliver. I wonder what is your Net Promoter Score.

This morning, I went to pick up a TV after receiving a notification that it was ready for pickup…read more When I arrived at the store, I gave the associate my customer ID number, and she assured me she would retrieve my order. Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be located, and I ended up waiting... and waiting. After 25 minutes, I was still standing there with no update on an item that was supposedly ready. I'm a patient person, but at that point, I felt it was more than reasonable to ask for a manager. I spoke with Gracie, and while I made it clear that it wasn't the cashier's fault, something clearly went wrong behind the scenes for a "ready for pickup" order to cause such a delay. I'm not sure what the holdup was, but I found the situation unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service is what keeps a business running, and when it's lacking, it leaves a lasting impression. At this point, I'm uncertain if I'll shop at this Best Buy location again. Just sharing my honest experience -- best of luck to anyone else planning to pick up from here.

Never had a great experience with GameStop especially this location, but they've been getting…read morebashed lately so I was like I'm here I want the game let me throw a purchase their way.Team member from the store sold us the wrong copy of the game. So I'll take the L for not noticing before that. Dropped the family off went back to the store Went to exchange the game and this was on the door. Called another 2 stores just to inquire if I can return at another location no one picks up automated service hangs up. Called customer service just to inquire if I can go to another GameStop. No one picks up waiting 10 minutes. Finally called a 3rd store not in the same area someone picks up and I asked if I can return to any game stop the Napoleon dynamite sounding team member says return it there because it will affect their numbers..really..:their numbers..so here I sit in the parking lot for an hour..the bad experience just continues. Update: so 8pm hits nothing. A small group (maybe 6 people) starts to gather outside waiting. 8:10-8:15 nothing freezing my @$$ off. Lights come on dude slumps out the back sees people outside turns around turns lights off. Girl says wtf are you serious then the light goes on then off again. Then on guy comes out wiping his face. My dude was sleeping in the back. *he was going to decline my exchange, made it known that he was doing me a favor as a one time exception* granted the plastic was removed and it's software so can't be too mad, but people seem to hate workin there.
