Drive by every day and thought I would try out. Placed order online for 2 x 3 item pizza's. This went well, picking up went well. But I get home and was actually given 1x 3 item pizza and a cheese pizza. So I got ripped off. I called to complain and they said you are supposed to build each pizza. I ordered the 2 pizzas to be the same, why would you just provide a cheese pizza and rip off the customer. I doubt that I will go here again. Work too hard to get ripped off. read more

Two large specialty pizzas for 24.99? Hello I'm in. This is some cheap happy pizza. I am picky about pizza but when the prices are good I'm much more flexible. Don't get me wrong, the pizza here is decently good. The service may not be effusive all the time but it is never rude. The orders are accurate and timely. As much as I love a deep dish Jets, the local one is rude, expensive and will make you wait. Here your inner Karen will not face being unleashed The pizza and breadsticks/ cheesy breadsticks are all I've eaten. I've never been disappointed. Probably the first pizza place I got delivery from once I moved into my new place. Customer service was good, they were courteous enough to help me choose a deal over the phone. Prices were fair and delivery was rather quick. I ended giving a large pizza with pepperoni, bacon and green pepper and a thing of cheese sticks. Both were good, but what drew me in is that they have the good ranch. Not the nasty store-bought kind but the thick, mayo like buttermilk kind. It made everything taste so much better. Used them recently for a party and I made a mistake on the order, they were very helpful and made sure I got what I wanted! Love this place! I'm a huge fan of hole-in-the-wall joints that make good pizza. This is one of them. I've only ever tried pizza and breadsticks from Tornados. I'd give the pizza a 3.5, but the breadsticks are a full-on 5 stars for me. They use good dough, they're soft and puffy, and they're usually drenched in butter and Parmesan. We live about 30 minutes from here, but anytime we're in the area we make sure to stop by! read more

We ordered 2 large pizzas bread sticks and wings. The total was $46. The food was ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING! The pizzas were cold and rubbery like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. The bread sticks were cold and hard. The pizza didn't have the seasoning on the crust that we ordered. We paid in cash and when we called they refused to refund our money because we paid with cash and not card. They offered to remake the food but we declined asking for a refund and we would return the food, again they refused. We ended up throwing all of it away as it was so nasty we could not eat it. This place is horrible. Their food is horrible. Don't waste your money, order elsewhere. read more

The pizza was good. Luckily I opened the box before I left. The pizza burned and not in just one spot all the around. They said they'll make me a new pizza. Then another employee (I'm guessing a manager)came to the window telling the crust wasn't burnt, it was sauce. Well it was burnt no matter the reason it was burnt. We wanted to support some local businesses during this time, so we decided to give Tornado's a try, instead of just going to one of the chains in town. It was super affordable, we got all thats's pictured plus a 2-liter for $19.99. It was ready within 20 minutes & it was all very tasty. In the past year the quality of the pizza has really gone downhill. Used to be a local favorite with great pizza. Now you can compare the quality to hot n ready or a store bought frozen pizza. The only reason I continued to order from them was because my son liked it. So when it was his turn to choose that's where we went even though the rest of the family prefers other places. Today I placed my order through Slice like always, XL with extra cheese and half pepperoni. The pizza came and was obviously lacking the extra cheese. I took 2 slices from what appeared to be the cheese only side since there were so few pepperonis on the entire pizza. To bite into the slice and discover a pepperoni. I went back to the box thinking I made a mistake to find the entire pizza had pepperoni on it. Mind you if this was a simple preference I wouldn't have been so upset. Eating meat makes me severely ill hence ordering only half pepperoni. I call Tornadoes to notify them of the mistake to be told "it's not my problem" by Mike the owner or manager? He said I have to contact Slice. I explain I have a receipt showing my order was half pepperoni. Mike proceeds to tell me that is a Slice receipt and did I have the Tornadoes receipt. I tell him no, your driver didn't give me a receipt. He says yeah, they don't unless you ask for one. So then Mike how am I supposed to have a tornadoes receipt?? He continues to tell me I have to contact Slice to get the situation rectified. I hang up and call Slice. Customer service answers I explain the issue with my order, they tell me they have to call the store and put me on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes Slice customer service comes back and says the store offered to remake my pizza or Slice would give me a refund. I accepted the refund since I no longer want a pizza from a store that cares so little about customer service. I explain that to Slice and tell them I will no longer be a Tornado's customer, they thank me for being a Slice customer. As I am finishing up with Slice Mike calls me back saying he will remake my pizza, sorry Mike too little too late! I don't want your pizza if I have to jump through hoops for you to provide minimal customer service and remake my pizza that you screwed up in the first place. read more

This place has an outstanding Lasagna and salad combination. I won't be back until the employees wear masks in the kitchen. I drove by and neither cook had them on while making up the meals!!! read more

I was extremely skeptical the first time I ordered from here. On the outside the place doesn't look like much. But this is a clear case of where looks are deceiving. The pizza is the best of local places in Belleville. My kids ask for more than one slice all the time which for them says a lot. The fried pickles are delicious and show up still crisp and warm. The wings are delicious as well. We haven't tried anything else on the menu but I have to believe that we won't be disappointed if we do. read more

Our family has ordered over 30 times and as of late the hit to miss ratio is getting worse. Pros: The Best coleslaw, best bacon cheese fries and 2 for $20 specialities pizzas. Cons: CANCELLING Bacon cheese fries, now I have to go to Zino's down the street, NOT ALWAYS having coleslaw, only 50% of the time, pizza as of 12 months was coming raw to not fully cooked, so started ordering it well done, now last 3 times it was BURNT, and every order we order we ask for flavored crust, half OR more last 12 months they keep forgetting to flavor 1 or both. One of the pizzas we last had was so burnt our two dogs wouldn't eat it. We didn't notice as we didn't open this 2nd pizza box till an hour after they closed, so we couldn't call them. BIG BAD... Half of the staff appears stoned and hungover all the time. The 7 times I stopped in there late after work or college, I heard staff referring openly to partying, getting drunk and being stoned, WOW. Guess they don't care if I or anyone hears them after 8 or 9P.M. since the boss doesn't stay late to monitor these 18 to 26? year olds. The breadsticks are amazing but the pizza is just ok. The dough is really good but they skimp on the toppings and there isn't much sauce. It's a good late night nothing made for dinner option but not our go to. Also I saw a few workers not wearing a mask at all inside so will probably not be returning in the future. read more

This place is my guilty pleasure. The dough that they use bakes up SO good; it's crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside. They make their own ranch every morning and it is AMAZING! If you call anytime after 10pm you won't get your pizza for atleast 1 to 2 hours . We ordered 1 large pizza and an order of bread sticks and was told 30 to 40 minutes and we called at about an hour and 5 minutes later to see where the food was and was told it had left the building 6 minutes ago....we live only 5 minutes away. After 10 minutes of waiting we called back and the managers gave us a whole bunch of attitude and said we couldn't get out money back. After 1 hour and 40 minutes the driver finally showed up With no offered discounts, no apology offered. they have poor customer service and the nighttime manager is a huge cunt. She was in sympathetic the whole time. Disappointed in the lack of customer service. They could care less about their customers. Ordered a XL sausage pie. Very disappointing. The taste was bad since it was flat, bland and reminded me of Little Caesar's pizza. Looked just like it too. Please please please change the sausage from these little balls to real Italian sausage. Tastes terrible. And for a XL pie it looked like just a large. Fries were overcooked and came without ketchup, as requested. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was the delivery guy was friendly and he was responsive when I called back to give feedback. Guy answering the phone when I ordered was also friendly. Please take another look at the recipe and taste it yourself. I haven't had pizza that tastes this bad in a while. read more
