Avoid this one and buy yourself your own pizza oven if you really want a pizza.

I have the texts the owner sent me telling me it was too far- so he will be prosecuted but its ridiculous that he would believe he could steal money from cusotmers.

Not a word out of the girl at the counter she just hands it to me with a dumb look on her face with no apology or explanation. Horrible customer service abs attention to customers. I got the pizza back to my hotel maybe 5 minutes away and by the time I opened it it wasn't very warm and the whole center of the pizza was soggy. I assume that's from sitting too long because the outer crust was actually not bad. If the crust wasn't soggy it would have been a pretty decent Pizza but I don't know if that's normal or because of the extra wait.

It had been your standard biker bar (no kidding, big motorcycles out front). People were always nice but get in and out before karaoke starts. They recently changed hands and the restaurant portion is not reopened yet. I tried a couple of burritos through carry out the other night and they were so huge it took us days to eat them. (1/4 of a burrito was good for each of us so 4 meals from 2 burritos). It was Tuesday after all and Tuesday is Mexican night. I met the new owner and he was very committed to keeping things the same unless they can make an improvement like the seating in the restaurant. They have BLT pizza and coney pizza and I love both of those. I'm hoping the baked spaghetti (Wednesday night special) stays as good. We got 2 meals out of one serving and with garlic bread and a meatball it was really awesome. I look forward to when the indoor seating opens but I'm sure this guy will be great. The employees were happy he didn't come in and screw things up (that's a quote lol) It's a cult classic in Belleville (our version of Cheers only more casual) and I'm glad it's being maintained.

The first one was when the delivery driver called us and asked us why we didn't leave a tip. If he looked closely he would of seen that there was a tip included. He then apologized. I think he wanted more but a 18%. The second issue was they made our pizza wrong and stated that this is what we ordered. We insisted it was not our order and must of been someone else's. They management had a rude attitude and remade our order. The last and final straw was that they tried to tell us the sauce on the wings were Caribbean and they were not. They were sweet and had tasted like honey barbecue. We took the order back and he said that the bottle was carribean flavored. I stated that it must be a different sauce or the manufacturer must of changed the ingredients. Which some companies do. He insisted it wasn't different. Mind you we only order 2 wing sauce flavors carribean and Thai. We order from here all the time. So we would know the difference. He stated he was having a bad day and it showed with his eye rolls and attitude. We were just gonna get it remade but I felt like it still would of been an issue. I told him I hope he had a better day and requested our money back. He never said thank you or even looked me in the eye. I hope this establishment gets better with the managements attitude. This is not the first time I have heard this. Lost a valued customer.
