This review has been coming for awhile as I think it's only fair to give a place a few shots at redemption which ended today as I got a large Hawaiian at a not so busy time, pizza was done on time but that's not enough to budge it off of the 2 stars. Pizza was made sloppy, skimpy on the toppings, I counted about 16 pieces of ham and about the same for pineapple and not much bacon to be seen either for $18. Ordered a large pizza, bread sticks and chicken wings. Pizza and bread were good, but I believe they stripped the wings off of some hatchlings. I couldn't believe my eyes. ( I even took pictures ) I stuck a fork into one and it was a stretch to have it fill the end of the fork. There was not much sauce on them either. I am not usually in this area, but I stopped here for a couple slices before my hour drive home. The young man at the front asked if I wanted to wait about 10 minutes for new slices. After waiting, he was so nice and told me he gave me a couple extra slices in the box. It was the best Jets pizza I have ever eaten! Let me start by saying that I LOVE Jet's Pizza! I only ordered from Jets for Pizza for years. But... After ordering from them my last three times, I will NEVER EVER order there again. The manager was sooo rude and uncaring. My order was wrong, I didn't get the salad I ordered and I my card was charged twice!! The manager said there was no way to credit my card and that the "best" she could do was give me a store credit. When I told her I didn't want the store credit, I wanted my card credited or cash she flat out said that wasn't going to happen. I asked for her name and a number to contact the owners or a time to call them she hung up on me. I called back and she would not get back on the phone. The Pizza was burnt and disgusting. We ended up throwing it away. Honestly I used to absolutely love this location. I understand that places are short of help and managers are stretched thin but never have I been treated so poorly in my entire life. She obviously shouldn't be in customer service as she makes it very clear she hates her job and the customers mean nothing to her. Extremely poor customer service from seemingly incompetent workers. I placed an order and specified to place the boneless wings in separate boxes over the phone. Mike even made a special note so that it showed on the receipt. When I arrived, the food was in one box. I arrived 10 minutes after the pizza should have been ready and when I got there the salad was not ready. The gal went to put on her gloves after she was eating pizza. She did not wash her hands so I asked her to do that first and she complied and then put her gloves on. Then I saw another employee back there pull her mask down and start eating as well. I know they don't have a break room and she was forced to eat where she was standing or she's in violation of Michigan health laws by eating out where the pizzas are made. They were out of purple onion for the Greek salad and they offered me regular onion which is fine. But I get concerned when there is no adult around supervising these kids. My wife is serve safe qualified and would be horrified if she saw some of the things going on at this place. It is absolutely the worst pizza ordering experience I have ever had. Let's not even mention how rude they are and how much burden I was to the girl that picked up the phone, because she had to do her job and took the order.. Just the delivery part alone. I was told it will take 45 minutes to arrive. Fine, not very fast but I will take it. I gave my number and told them it is a business building and you will need to call to get in. So I waited. 50 minutes later, nothing, so I called again. The guy on the phone said oh it is on the way, should be there any minute. More than 1 hour later, still nothing. Called again, the guy said the delivery person just came back... cuz your building is a business building and he can't get in So what? I told you that the moment the order was placed and gave my phone number... "Well.. another delivery guy just took it and is on the way now." Wait, the same pizza? "Yes" "Won't iit be cold?" "No it will be fine" 1 hour and 30 minutes total waiting time later, the deliver guy finally called and came with my cold pizza. Yes, COLD. So I paid 15 dollars for a small pizza, got it after 1 hour and 30 minutes, just to get the cold pizza. Apparently, this is fine per Jet's standard. I have had issues with their place in the past, but I tend to have a 3 strike policy before giving a negative help review. Today was strike 3. Strike one was this location telling me they tried to call me and couldn't deliver to me. They couldn't ring my apartment buzzer apparently. Shocking because in the three years of living here it has never not worked. In total it took over two hours to deliver my order when the estimated time was 45 min. Second strike was when I called three times to place an order. The first two times I waited for over 10 minutes each time on hold then was hung up on instead of them answering. Finally the third time they answered for real and asked "what do you want" I placed the order for pick up assuming I would never get said order if that is how they were handling things that night. Finally tonight I ordered at 7:55 and at 9:22 called back as I still hadn't received my order that they said would take 45 min. Whoever answered clearly didn't know how to put me on hold as I listened to the manager use the f word no less than 5 times telling her to make a pizza instead of answer the phone. He then claimed he called me multiple times to tell me they couldn't make 8 corner pizzas tonight, interestingly enough my phone has never missed a call other than theirs. Granted he said he could offer me a large pizza instead of an 8 corner, but as manager myself I know when I'm being appeased just so I don't have to talk to them anymore. This was exactly that. And btw at 9:58 I finally got said order. So they rang my buzzer that worked 100% of the time other than them, were rude and hung up on me multiple times, and then called me even though I got no calls, and finally answered but just swore at the employees and offered me a lame appeasement to avoid talking with me. Seems to me they just don't feel like doing their job. I'm a fan of jets pizza, but Belleville I'm giving up on your particular location, even if you give me a a large pizza for an 8 corner price. What can I say about Belleville Jet's Pizza? I can say that up until today, my family has had good to decent service from this location. Today, however, after placing my order and waiting almost an hour, the driver appeared at my door saying "here's your pizza. I forgot your salad on the counter at the store. I will be right back with it in just a few minutes." I said "I understand, thank you for rushing back for it." 45 minutes later, I called the store and asked for a manager. After being on hold for a couple minutes, a sassy, young sounding girl who later refused to give me her name says "I'm the manager." I explained the situation and she explained that that driver hadn't even returned to the store yet but she was sure that my salad was "somewhere around here. " I replied with "Considering it's not here, my guess would be that it's there too." The "manager" said "I don't know what you want me to do, lady, I'll have her bring it to you when she gets back." I found this to be the most upsetting part because I had just calmly explained what had happened to her and explained that I now have $70 of cold pizza at my house because we've been waiting on a simple salad for over an hour and a half at this point. Again, she said "I don't know what you want from me. I guess I can credit your account for $15. I calmly said there was no need and that I have no intentions on giving them anymore business. At that point, the "manager" hung up on me. When the delivery girl came back with the salad, she apologized and finally gave me the name "Christine" as the manager on duty. Never again, Jet's. Your pizza is good when it's correct but you employ people with garbage attitudes and no social skills. You could do so much better. read more

So they didn't have it ready waited 30 more minutes for them get it together. Got the pizza home (6 minutes away)and it is cold wings are dried out and cold! This is the worst pizza I've ever had. I usually order from Jet's in Canton, which is great. I ordered from Belleville and they left things off that are clearly on my receipt and the pizza looked gross and tasted worse. The dough was almost completely raw. They remade the pizza and this time burned it badly, again, looked gross. 3rd time a charm? No!! It was again raw and left off toppings like the first time. So 3 times and they couldn't make a decent edible pizza. I will NEVER go back to this location. I'm pretty sure they are using some cheap knock of dough because it doesn't look or taste like any of the other Jet's.
