Stacked blue corn enchiladas with beans and posole (Thank you for not even offering the proverbial rice side!), glass of Sangria and chips, salsa and queso. I had the green sauce on the enchiladas and asked for a side of red, and may have been the best red sauce I can remember. My buddy recommended Orlando's and I'll thank him with a really nice bottle of wine when I see him next. Service was great, attentive and friendly. Both had good heat. Between the two sauces the green seems hotter while the red is meaty. Both come with sopapillas that we love.
