This was my first time ordering from tops and bottoms. And it will be my last. I ordered a nike tech outfit for my son. After spending nearly $200 , i received item with a water like stain on it. My son has only worn this outfit twice. This weird stain has developed all over the jacket and bottom. Spoke to customer service about their defective item and they refuses to exchange or five store credit for the return. I will never purchase from this company again. The quality of their nike outfits is questionable. I will go directly to the nike source next time. Lesson learned read more

Trash onliine sellers, beware anyone reading this. On amazon they appear as A1 ONE INC. Don't buy from them as they will not fulfill your oder if they're no happy with the resale price. They just take your money and give you the run around for a few weeks. Has happened to alot of buyers. Incompetent sellers like these should be banned from ebay and amazon. I won a raffle for the right to purchase a pair of Nike Air Max 1 OGs. I paid the invoice, then a day later was told they ran out of my size, but they have the same pair in a different size available if interested. I was, so they asked me to pay a second invoice and assured me they would return the funds for the first pair. Twelve days later, I still await my refund and the shoes. Whenever I ask for a tracking number and refund, they assure me they will get that information and never do. Deal with them at your peril. Their assurance means nothing. They refunded my money and then deducted shipping that was covered under original order and said my order amount was too low now and fell under the free shipping threshold and would be charged even though it was their error that there was only one product available. I received and item which was clearly mislabeled with respect to the size. I know my size and already own identical items of size L. So I requested an exchange. Tops&Botoms wants to charge me a return shipping plus a minimum $15 restocking which brings the total up by about 25%-30%. It's not even my fault that I received a mislabeled item. Total scam. Ordered a particular pair of women's Pumas. They had them $33 less than Amazon. Should have kept with my gut feeling. Didn't. Shoes arrived quite quickly...the ENTIRELY wrong shoes, not EVEN remotely close to what I ordered. Full radar up mode, contacted them for a return shipping label and let them know I would be returning shoes and expected a full refund to my original payment method. Through a litany of bs, they tried telling me I could get an exchange, not a refund. Their website states the contrary.
