Definitely recommend Lloyds of Shelton in Largo, Fl to replace your automobile windshield…read more Had a crack in our 2022 Santa Fe windshield. Called our insurance agent with whom we discussed getting the OEM windshield for the Hyundai Santa Fe as they are recommended, especially as our model has ADAS (cameras) and Heads-Up Display (HUD). Our insurance agent said it was ok to get the OEM windshield to ensure proper fitment, sensor calibration, and HUD clarity. OEM glass costs roughly 20-40% more than aftermarket but prevents potential issues with wind noise, sensor, and display distortion. Essential needs include proper calibration with the windshield replacement. We called Lloyds and from that point on, they took care of everything from insurance, getting the OEM windshield to making an appointment for the windshield installation at our residence. Called to let us know he was on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. The Installation took less than an hour. No problem when asked it it was ok to take the car around the block to check the heads up display was working as were the cameras. Very satisfied with their staff and their timely service. If we ever have another need to replace a windshield, they will be the first we will call.

After getting nowhere on the phone, I searched for auto glass repair near me and found Lloyd's of Shelton. I spoke with Dory, who was excellent from the start. When we called my insurance company, we were routed to an overseas call center. The representative was polite but kept trying to file an auto accident claim instead of a simple glass repair. Dory repeatedly explained that there was no accident, but he insisted that was the only option. After we hung up, Dory knew it wasn't right. She asked for my agent's contact information, called her directly got the contact information for glass repair, reached the correct person, and got the proper reference number issued. She truly went above and beyond. The technician who replaced the windshield was professional, personable, and did a clean, thorough job. If you want responsive, personal service, I highly recommend Lloyd's.

I seen it but it took 3 days but then again, I am not an inspection mechanic. oh, how could I forget I don't even have a spare tire or jack!!, I mean talk about safety!! From 1st contact in providing a free Car Fax on the Nissan I inquired about, to signing over my poor ole Saab's title for the 2008 Sentra which included getting minor repairs done to the Nissan that were discovered in a Midas inspection, Mario made the process seamless & positive. Have purchased many cars through the years, both brand new & old, so this experience has definitely been in the top 10 for honesty; while going above & beyond in making sure the transaction has a 5 star rating; very much comparable to the New Hampshire Saab sales team, who were brothers & exceptional in their professionalism too. Thank you Mario for making the purchase a safe & good one. You're 100% trustworthy.

From the very beginning, Landon was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind -- the type of person you immediately feel relieved to have show up when you're dealing with car trouble. He communicated clearly about timing, arrived quickly, and handled everything with total confidence and care. What really stood out was how respectful and thorough he was. He treated my vehicle like it was his own, made sure everything was secured properly, and turned what could've been a stressful situation into a smooth, easy experience. It's rare these days to find a towing company that combines efficiency, fairness, and outstanding customer service, but Landon absolutely delivers.
