Took my Polaris 570 sportsman in to be serviced and have the battery replaced. The dash was…read moreflashing and the vehicle did not hold a charge. Over $1500 later, they replaced the dash assembly and the brake pressure switch. They stated they checked the voltage regulator and stator assembly and they were both good. I road it briefly two times within their warranty period of 30 days before it gave out on me. The voltage was reading over 15 V while at idle and over 16 V while running. Now it runs for a few minutes before it dies. In short, I feel the mechanics did a subpar job because the machine clearly had a faulty voltage regulator, which needed to be replaced. Not gonna waste any more money with these guys for a diagnostic, questionable service, and a lousy warranty.

Superior was great on the phone giving me an idea of what I'd be looking at for cost and time. I went through the insurance since the repair was higher than my deductible and I wasn't at fault for the accident so no impact on my rate. Superior got me a quote right away and the insurance was happy with the number so they approved it. They had me drop off my car on a Monday morning and told me it would be 3-5 days. It was ready Thursday afternoon so right in the provided timeline. The works looks great, can't even tell where the damage was. They were very friendly, quick and did great work at a reasonable cost.
