Horrible Friday evening 3rd floor manager. Our bay computer didn't work and we lost 20 minutes of play time and no time was added on to compensate for their mistake. Then AS SOON as our clock ran out some horrible manager in a red long sleeve shirt came over and unkindly told us we need to leave and move somewhere else because "they're busy and need the bay" when half the third floor was completely empty (at 9:30 at night) and rushed us out. Having now done Topgolf a few times at different locations I've got a pretty good handle on how this thing works. I can also confidentially say that out of the three locations we've been to, this one was easily the worst of all of them. What works: Even though the temperature was in the mid-30's the overhead heaters did a good job pumping out the heat so that no one was too cold. Making a bay reservation is also extremely easy. Go the website, choose a location and a time, pay the deposit and you're done. This does cut down the need to stop by the desk downstairs as you should get a text/email telling you what bay you're in before you get there. The games are fun and varied enough that if you want to do more silly kid-centric Angry Bird things you can or if you want to do things like aiming at the targets "for points" you can do that as well. No problem on being able to fill up your allotted time with these. More than enough parking. I guess if the whole place is full, maybe this is an issue, but on a Sunday this was no problem. What doesn't work: It would have been nice to have come to the bay and actually had the bay ready. It took our host a few minutes to find a 2nd tee so that I could hit as a LH player. Also, the bag of LH clubs here is kind of embarrassing. At the Lake Mary, Florida location you truly get a full bag of clubs. The powers that be here, think that a bag should include not 1, not 2 but 3 sand wedges, 2 irons (4 & 7) and two woods (3 and a hybrid 3). Interesting choices guys. Driver? Who needs it! The procuring of the LH bag and the tee alone wasted ten minutes of our time. Being very clear up front about whether you can or can not extend your bay time. We asked our host upfront and she said that it shouldn't be a problem at the end to extend and that extensions of time could not be done in advance. Ok, no problem. Of course we get to the 15 minute to go mark and she sweeps in and overrides something on the game screen and asks us if the card on file is good to charge and that we had to be off of our bay in 10 minutes (5 short of our allotted time) because of a large group they had coming in. All righty, then, I guess we're done even though we would have stayed another hour or two and they had availability on the website for bays the rest of the day. Hmmmm? Between the low level personality free customer service from our host to having to spend what I think is a bit too much of our paid on the clock time just getting the needed equipment to play....well, it is what it is. We came, we saw, we tried and I think this singular visit was good enough. (Right, we did order a few burgers and they were good enough. Took a while to come out but everything was as expected.) read more

First time at this location and had a good time. We arrived about 10 minutes after our scheduled start due to traffic but were accommodated since we were within the 15 minute window. When we got to our bay I was pleasantly surprised that they had outdoor heaters above each section, a very welcome amenity since it was drizzling and a bit and I'm always cold. As soon as we paid our bill, not even 10 minutes later, a staff member told us we had to leave, even though we still had drinks on the table. We were told to finish them in the "common area," which felt completely unreasonable. Imagine paying your bill at a restaurant and immediately being told to get out. When we raised concerns, the manager tried to justify it by saying there was a reservation after us, but the place was nearly empty, maybe 20% full. It felt like he was manipulating the system to make it look busier than it was. It left us wondering if there was another motive behind the rush. We felt disrespected and unwelcome. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Topgolf for my sister's birthday. We came on a Tuesday which was half price for game plays. We read that Tuesday nights were popular so we made a $15 reservation to secure our bay and time for our evening celebration. The pro for paying the fee is that you won't be stuck waiting for an extended period of time to play, the con is that the $15 does not go towards your game play. Therefore I only recommend the reservation if it's a special occasion. Okay so about the establishment it had 3 bay levels with sit down bars and dining areas at each level. Tons of TVs and a really nice open feel with good upbeat music playing. Our bay was on the 3rd floor for our party of 6 (4 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler). The bays have servers to check on you for game instructions along with orders of drinks and food. They were really helpful and did a great job. One of our servers was fairly new so he didn't mention there were special club options for left handed people, children, and toddlers. But once those were available there was an elevated experience unlock. The food options were decent, no five star eating but typical bar food. Drinks were good as well. The game was great, we have a new love for golf. We played as it got darker and the colors and view became even more beautiful. So..I am a member here. I come all the time. And usually the staff is SUPER friendly and I never have an issue. I had the worst service I've ever experienced the other day. My server came over and said hi and asked us if we needed anything. We ordered drinks. This was the very last time our server interacted with us. In 2 hours. She was cleaning the table next to us so I asked her for another drink. She dropped it off and ignored my partner (who did want food but gave up on it). Never came back until the check. Which she placed down on the table without saying a word. It was honestly so bizarre. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but I don't think this is indicative of the entirety of the venue. Such a fun place!! Have been here at least 5 times, 3 of those times we also got food. The wings are awesome! This place is great because it stays open late and is fun even if golfing isn't your thing. Weather isn't an issue either since it is heated and there is a roof.Each section also has comfortable seating while you wait your turn. The only downside for us is that it is expensive if you are paying as a family so we usually go on a Tuesday evening when it's half price. If you're going as a group and split up the cost, then it is affordable because you are paying the same price regardless if you have 2 people in your group or 6 people.(the max). The facility has a rooftop hangout spot, a bar, and a gift shop. Our family includes ages from 15,19, 20s,40s and 50s and we all enjoy it the same-a great way to bond with your teens! read more

The prices are a bit high and the software isn't terribly accurate but the food is good and it is fun. Every time we go there though we get lazy male waiters that don't care about getting your food and/or drinks. Being a waiter isn't an easy job to make tips for not doing anything. This was not our first trip to Top golf, but for sure our first to this specific location. First off, i love value and recognize it does not come cheap. This being said getting up upcharged for hidden fees that likely some ex-cruiseline or Disney executives invented can leave you feeling disgusted.more details in a second. First , the Topgolf app and reserving (the worst) lane went fairly smooth. Checkin to the (worst) lane was also easy and switching away from that lane to another were also. Second, our server left us for a time to get our drinks when what we really needed while we were waiting and paying lane time for, were small and left handed clubs for our guests. Additionally our game play was continuously interrupted by the servers seeking to us to order, appetizers, additional drinks and food despite our early 10:30ish ? arrival. The food was fair for what your would come to expect of a commercialized venue. Like a ballpark, racetrack or rodeo you get the typical commercial fare and it tastes like what you would expect, not bad but not spectacular either. You should not expect any different, although it is better food than a batting cage.. Dave and busters style food. Please do not take this post as being critical of the food, despite lack of praise. I ordered guacamole and chips and also queso and chips..they forgot the chips for the queso...I let it go because we were headed out to Gino's and Pats as part of our cheesesteak pilgrimage. Back to reserved lane....for some ungodly reason we walked past empty lane after empty lane to arrive at lane (238?) which is all the way at the far end. Actually about 1 or 2 lanes short of the end wall. This puts it the furthest possible distance from the bathrooms, bar (for those interested) and also so far from the center that your Kids had better good at hooking those shots far left. Not a beginner lane for sure!!!! Topgolf needs to make the center lanes the reserved lanes. At least if you are going to get the Disney style up charge fee , perhaps get some value for it. What a joke that is ...paying for reservations. Soon you'll have to pay for parking. Next up, everyone in your party gets hit with the next Disney style up-charge as you create an account for each player so that their name, address and phone number (minors included) are used to put their name up on the screen, similar to a bowling alley or batting cage , but you get charged $5 for each person, surprise!! Hopefully, the Top golf servers are secure so that your name along with your children's name, age and address don't wind up on the internet, being used for fraudulent purposes. This was actually the first location I ever had to give up identifying information for a minor with the exception of airline tickets (naturally). Also, please note that you will struggle through this again and again (when revisiting) if your kids dont actually have real phone numbers assigned to them as you can only use each number once. I ended up using my friends numbers (who were not present) to register some kids that were guests, because naturally their parents did not care to share to Topgolf the name, age and address of their little girl to Topgolf and again because the staff would not let me reserve two lanes with only one phone number ...although they later had no issue consolidating the bill on their own accord ...so that I would tip on both lanes gameplay and food combined. I had asked them to keep the food to one table (lane ) for billing as our bags were on the other one. It just made more sense at the time. I did find this snippet online however Children's Privacy We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) years. This Site is directed to persons who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information through any point of contact, we ask to be contacted at the below address or email address, and we will delete the information about the child referenced from our files. If Topgolf has actual knowledge that personal information about a person under the age of 13 has been collected without appropriate parental consent, then Topgolf will take the appropriate steps to delete such information.. I didn't think they follow that one. Next time you come if you have kids, when you pull in. Turn around , get on 1 south and go to bowlero or someplace far more entertaining where you don't have a server hawking you for an hour or two. read more

Wow i once loved this place and came nearly every week but when i became disabled and needed service they violated all ADA (AMERICAN DISABILITY ACTS) which i have reported to the ADA compliance department I am so saddened with the little knowledge and training companies have on violating ADA Laws they practiced several illegal activities involving ADA and I am considering contacting a lawyer for legal advice i am sick of people with disabilities being abused and taken advantage of and I also heard the golf clubs haven't been cleaned ina long time and with COVID AND GERMS it's sick you don't provide gloves but more importantly discrimination against people with disabilities read more

There must be a staff shortage because there seemed to be plenty of empty bays around when we got there. Came here for a girls night out. Smelled like college on first impression lol. So to preface, I have never been to any top golf locations, didn't have high expectations because I didn't really know what to expect. The staff was off for most part. There was a part next to us and they had a waitress that was consistent. The manager was nice. The heat went out on us a couple times and it was very cold. I had the bartender try to stiff me out on money. Could have been an innocent mistake or not idk. As far as the food, it was ok but extremely overpriced especially for what you get. The drinks were terrible and again OVERPRICED. Draft beer is your safest bet but for close to $9 it really isn't even worth it. Did I have fun?
