I've gone to the Vegas TopGolf location quite a few times. For the most part, had good times. However, I went this evening and it happened to be half off Monday. They said it was the same pricing in person as online, but it wasn't, by about $10. I was a walk-in and had asked to have a little time before the round started, front desk said I had 10 minutes, so I was fine with that. Then as soon as I got up there an associate was waiting for me and said she was there to get me setup. She pretty much insisted on it, didn't even ask if I'd been there before (which another gal working there said they pretty much tell them not to ask), and it's obvious they are just trying to push people to get started and the hour rolling. No time to settle in, order a drink, or even food. Only after I had gone along with the disclosures and as the gal was walking away, I tried to confirm that the time hadn't been started yet, and she said it had. I said I had been told I'd get 10 minutes, and she brought the waitress over, who then said she could get the manager and he could possibly give an extra 15 minutes, since all that time had been wasted, and the rude manager, Mark, was anything but helpful. He said the person that set me up was wrong, that the 60 minutes began as soon as I checked-in, and made it seem like I was late to the booking, however, I reiterated that I was a walk-on and didn't have a booking, so couldn't have been late. And when I booked, they never provided a time. I told Mark that I didn't feel comfortable being pressured with the time, especially since I was very clearly told that I would be given 10 minutes to get up there and settled in before the time started. He couldn't care less. I had driven over from Summerlin to play for an hour and keep my practice up while i'm away from my home club. It was obviously a mistake to think I could get some practice in, as the impression I got was they'll only care if you are filling the bay with a handful of people... anything less isn't worth their while. And.. they want guests to pay for one hour, while only giving them 45 minutes... to maximize the turnover of people and profits. I decided to cancel and just took off. Not fun to play golf in that type of energy. It's a shame, I really enjoyed TopGolf when it first came out, and it's always been a stop every time I'm back in town. But this last experience left such a bad feeling about the place. I'll give it another shot when they get respectful management and treat guests in a proper manner. If you're used to a country club vibe, I'd think twice before coming. read more

My husband, my son, and I came to Topgolf Las Vegas around 10PM and purchased one hour of play. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of service. We waited about 30 minutes before my husband finally had to flag down a waitress just to order a margarita. Throughout the rest of our visit, not a single server came by to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Meanwhile, the larger party next to us had multiple waitresses stopping by their bay throughout the evening. We had planned on ordering dinner and more drinks while we played, but after being completely overlooked, we decided not to. It's disappointing because we were really looking forward to enjoying the full Topgolf experience as a family. My family and I enjoyed a morning outing at Top Golf on Friday morning. I reserved a bay in advance but there were plenty of open bays while we were there. When we first arrived, we were greeted at the front desk which told us our bay number for us to head straight up. I had my 10 year old som with me and the attendant was prompt with bringing us a set of clubs for him to use. I booked a 90 min time slot for us which turned out to be perfect for our group of 4. We played 4 different games in that time and didn't feel like we had to rush. The only issue I had was with the service. The server had come over right as we sat down and asked if we wanted to order something. My husband had gone to the bathroom and hadn't had a chance to take a look at the menu so I said we'd need some time. The server never came back until we had to flag her down which took a while before she even came back to our area of bays. I ordered a blueberry lemon drop which was really tasty. Very great fun for a night out near the strip. It does have free parking and four levels of 'bays'. One bay is the area you are allocated as shown in my photo in the daytime and can accommodate up to 6 people. You pay per hour and not per person, with the early hours of the day being cheaper than the rest. Check their website for more up to date prices as they vary depending on time of day. Weekday pricing is also cheaper than weekend pricing by a generous amount. Through certain packages, food may also be included. The food wasn't bad and of course there are plenty of drinks. The good thing about that fact is you don't have to play golf to have a great time here. My daughter chose this place to begin her birthday celebration. We arrived and played for two hours. We played four different games and I won two of the games. Not bad for a non golfer. They offer a variety of clubs to use to launch those golf balls. Each bay offers a playing area, screens to observe your ball, couches to sit on and a big table for food and drink. It was a very comfortable day so no fans were needed and we enjoyed some drinks along with their chicken fingers and fries. The food is really good and the drinks were yummy. We ended up paying $63 for two hours of play plus drinks and food so I think we spent a little over $200 for the four of us in total. A little spendy but birthdays are a special occasion. Staff were very attentive and kept the drinks coming along with anything else you might need. I appreciated the excellent customer service that was provided. In addition to the golf games, there is a corn hole game, big screens to watch the LA Dodgers play ball, and two pools. Plenty of parking in their huge lot. FUN FACT: This property once hosted the MGM Theme Park which was launched in 1993. It finally closed in 2002. We loved it! From the golf to the food, everything was excellent. We were even able to room charge it our mgm hotel (we were staying at the luxor) and used a $15 off deal with myvegas. Just the the costs are a bit pricey, but they tend to have promotions frequently and if there isn't an active promotion, then they have a Hero's discount that is 10% off gameplay, which is better than nothing! The food is standard bar food. People don't usually come here for the foods but instead for the vibes, which I think all Top Golf does pretty well! It was just difficult for us to find and get a hold of servers, so getting food and drinks was a hassle. We were there for 3 hours and we saw them twice (not including when we were getting set up and when our time was up). And both times we flagged them down. We were invited to a private event by the district/reginoal sales managers while at the iMEX convention. We attended and checked out the Vegas Top Golf location. The location was large, they had a pool with swim up pool bar and cabanas. Our party was in bays 301-304 which was right near the pool on floor 3. The staff was amazing and the hosts from TG were incredible. We had an amazing time. They brought out a steak platter, cheese platter and sliders. We had some drinks including ones not pictured that were served in light up Golf bags. We played 3 different games while we were here. All were fun but Angry Birds takes the win. I loveeee Top Golf! I didn't realize they had one in Vegas until our rideshare pointed it out. It was really easy to book the time slot online, and the check in process was also very easy. This location opens until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, which was perfect for people like us who aren't into clubs during this season. My favorite thing about Top Golf is probably how beginner friendly they are, and that they offer short and long golf sticks! We were very disappointed with the way our family was treated during our visit. We explained that our 12-year-old child has autism and kindly asked if any accommodations could be made. In the past, the previous manager was understanding, compassionate, and willing to work with us, which made a huge difference for our family. Unfortunately, this time, Manager Coleman and his assistant Samuel showed very little understanding or compassion. Instead of trying to help or even listening to our concerns, they made us feel like our child's disability didn't matter. Their lack of empathy left our family feeling embarrassed, dismissed, and unwelcome. Families with children who have disabilities often face challenges that others may not see, and a little kindness and understanding can make all the difference. We hope management provides better training on how to respectfully assist guests with disabilities so that no other family has to experience what we did. read more

Now if you don't pay attention YOU WILL TIP ON THE COST OF THE ALREADY PRICEY BAY + MEMBERSHIP. I feel this is done intentionally so that you tip on things that should not be tipped on. Omgosh so fun! I actually only golf like this and miniature golf style lol- I know most deals happen on real golf courses, but luckily, I don't work private sector and will never know that world. It's always a nice climate, no sun in my face- no expensive equipment needed and no required lugging around a bunch of clubs or bags. The scoreboard thing works great and the restrooms are always so clean and best of all, conveniently right there. I don't know why anyone golfs when they could just do this lol! The staff is so friendly and helpful and we usually come at off times to avoid crowds. This is a place we really enjoy coming to each time we're in Vegas. I know they have locations everywhere, but I've only been to this one. We do not eat the food, only bc there are no appealing options at any reasonable prices for vegetarians. Like, nothing I'm interested in and nothing I found to be a very good deal. We usually grab dinner after somewhere else. Parking is really easy, they have a nice, safe parking lot in front/backside to the strip. It's fun to see the strip in the background. I bet this place looks amazing at night, but I need to figure out when at night would be the least crowded. Definitely recommend for a great time w either a smaller group, couples, big groups and very kid friendly!
