Had a great time with LAMBDA at a fun networking event. We enjoyed playing virtual golf and an extended happy hour that was between 5-10 per drink. The staff took good care of us while we were there from 6-8pm mid week. We took over about half of the venue. There were two staff memebers walking arou helping us and other patrons if we meeded assistance or tips on how to seing the club efficiently and safely. Be prepared id you do it right this is defiantly a work out. This venue is on the second floor of area 15. They have local discounts as well as half off if you bring your own clubs. Stopped in here for an hour on a Saturday night. James checked us in and showed us how to play the simulator. He was very professional and helpful. The drink service was excellent, definitely one of the best servers we've had in Vegas. She was very attentive and friendly. Drinks are affordable and you can order food from the beast downstairs. The ambiance was a lot more private than other places on the strip like top golf and atomic golf. The leather lounge chairs and big sofas gave this place an upscale yet comfortable vibe. We were in Vegas for the Backstreet Boys!! Went to Area 15 and hung around there the night before... came across this spot. I saw "$5 shots" and said, "why not!?" My brother in law played a game (for 1hr) while us girls just sat around and got a couple drinks... my sister did play with him for a while but it wasn't on her side lol. We might have gotten more drinks if the service wasn't so slow though. We ordered some mixed drinks, margs, and a beer while they were playing. Our girl that helped the area was great, but the drinks took forever to actually get to us... to the point we thought they might have missed our order somehow. Our first round, before we got a game area, we got at the bar and we got those right away (mexican candy shooters). It was a cool/chill vibe in the area-- I mean, all of Area 15 is cool. Good music, nice lighting, plenty of seating available, and a few other activities to do around there as well. We had @NatashasDreamCreations_ do a balloon arch for us and it was the perfect addition to take our party up a notch! She was professional showed up on time and had our decoration up in about 30mins, perfect timing for the party to start! The venue is upstairs Area 15 and had ample space to fit our party of 15-20ppl. On Sunday afternoon, they were fully staffed with an A-List crew. Sierra, Erich, Matthew and staff really looked out for us and made sure we had a good time! The food was delicious and the games were really fun!! We got 2 Sims which was a good call to keep our party spaced out and different groups of people entertained with various games! Stopped in and signed the waivers to get us started. Clay was helping us out and he was very friendly and explained everything to us. I completely didn't think about it and he said "are either of you left handed". Well... yes, yes I am. Thankfully he went and got me some left handed clubs. We stopped by the bar and got a couple drinks (bring back the Red Bull!). One negative was the limes in the drinks were going bad and dry so we threw them out. We just held a corporate event for our non-profit with over 60 attendees. We used 3 bays and had food catered by the venue. An incredible experience! We purchased a 3 hour block, used drink tickets to manage the expenses, gave away 60-minute free future coupons donated by Five Iron, watched the hockey game in the background, and had plenty of room to network and mingle. People that have never swung a golf club got a chance to try the simulators while the more experienced folks played a round-robin team-based tournament at Pinehurst #2 in another bay. Clay, Laurie, Nate, Holly, and the entire staff at Five Iron are amazing and will create an experience no matter what kind of group you have. We'll be back (in addition to my monthly membership that I absolutely LOVE)!!! read more

I had the greatest time "practicing my swing" here! LOL I speak like I'm a pro, I'm not. But this place definitely made me feel like a pro! It is located on the second floor of Area15 by the strip. This is a great place to bring friends, or host an event for a big group who would love to golf and chill! They have a bar, many simulators (I think 8), and other mini games all around the place! The staff was very accommodating and friendly :) Their bathrooms are only a one-person stall, and it even includes a shower!!!! Everything about our birthday event at Five Iron Golf was amazing! From the employees, event manager Heather was so helpful and great with communication, and we had 2 day of event staff host our group, Clay and (I can't remember the second guys name, maybe it's Justin) they were so accommodating and really went above and beyond making sure to check on us, help with our food order, etc. The kids and the adults had a lot of fun! In addition to the sports simulators, we enjoyed the shuffleboards and foosball. Five Iron Golf is a fun venue for all ages! You'll find them located inside AREA15, on the second floor near Haley's Comet. They have a total of 8 bays, and each bay can accommodate up to six people. Online reservation is highly encouraged, and they do accept walk ins. I checked in with Kyle, he's very cool and knowledgeable. On weekdays from Monday to Thursday before 4pm, pricing for indoor golf is $60 an hour, nights and weekends are much higher. They do offer 15% local discount. On Sundays if you bring your own golf club, it's 50% off which is a sweet deal! The golf simulator has six game modes including bullseye, magic pond, streets of neon, and there's over 150 golf course! Kyle helped me with the setup and I played three games within an hour, it is an engaging sport and very relaxing. They offer lessons as well, and have golf leagues which are exciting.The next golf league is on February 13th, 2023. I love how this place is family friendly, bays are pretty cozy, atmosphere is lively, and they have amazing music. There's also two shuffle boards for more game play, staff members are courteous and welcoming, and drinks at the bar are great! read more

We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and had a great time! When you walk in it's clean and there's upbeat music playing and a full bar, which was welcoming. There are virtual golf bays all around and a couple of shuffleboards inches the center of the open room. The individual bays had nice comfortable seating, and make it easy to hang with a small group, and since we had the kiddos with us it's easy to keep track of them too. I also liked all of the "games" you could play because it left room for both the kids and adults to enjoy the golf. We ordered a couple buckets of drinks from the bar to help loosen us up a bit, and then ordered some food (it came from the restaurant downstairs). Although I was disappointed the menu had a rather small selection, it did arrive quick, hot and delicious. I just wish there were more easily shareable plates/finger foods that aren't so greasy/messy because we were also "golfing". At some point a gentleman came over and gave us a goodie swag bag with a few shirts, a hat and some fun accessories for the kids to enjoy. We recently spent a few hours at Five Iron Golf at AREA15 with our kids and some friends and we all had SUCH a great time! AREA15 in general is an amazing place with so incredibly much to do, but it was perfect breaking up the day exploring by playing some golf and having a few beverages. The ambiance in here is great and it's a pretty relaxing, but very fun atmosphere. Service from our waiter/bartender was amazing, drinks came out quickly and tasted great. There were some really fun drink specials so be sure to ask about them! We also ordered some food from The Beast and it was all amazing, especially the flatbread! Beautiful establishment inside of AREA 15. We walked in on a Friday afternoon and we were able to get in relatively quickly with no reservation. Our group was 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 8 year old. We all had a blast. The staff are super friendly, accommodating and understanding. The drinks were 10/10! I really appreciate the atmosphere they create here that is welcoming to people of all ages and individuals of all levels. I must say I was blown away by the hospitality Five Iron offered. I am so excited to go back. I didn't even know this was at Area15! Such a fun experience. The golf simulators alone are mind blowing, there are so many fun games to choose from for all ages. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. SO much love on Yelp for an establishment that treated me and my family with such disrespect. As much as I wanted to give Five Iron 1 star - I review with integrity no matter what. Not all staff members we encountered were horrible nor were they very helpful or friendly. An additional star was given because the space is seemingly adequate for the type of venue & we did have a chance to down a few beverages from the bar. We were generally having a good time in Area 15 and, IMHO, the 4 of us weren't wylin' while we made our way in for some golf action. The staff member that approached us while we were waiting in line to snag a spot was just flat out rude!! Literally tried to make us feel like broke little kids that don't belong. Asking us what we wanted & if we even knew how much it cost. What a slap in the face! I said $200 since I honestly didn't know and just gauged it off of the pricing of axe throwing nearby. Apparently their WAY cheaper but it didn't matter since all the "ranges" were already taken. So, what was the point in approaching us like that?! Was not very happy with a majority of the staff and just stayed a tiny while longer just because we were trying to have fun regardless of their "why are you patronizing us" attitudes. Little did they know they were all in the presence of some VIP a$$ people cut that were attempting to drop some serious change in their place of business. Whatever, this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. However, their blueberry mule was pretty tasty. C'est la vie!! read more

From the moment I was walking into the Area 15 building, a Five Iron employee saw me and helped my find the uostairs location. He even offered to carry my clubs, which I declined but a nice gesture. Then he said my 1st drink was on him. It was my brother's 1st experience with indoor golf simulator. In our professional lives we are customer service pros. The staff at Five Iron Golf went above and beyond. They checked with us every 10 minutes. Do we need anything, are we doing okay? Then one of the staff says to me, " by the way since you brought in your own clubs and it is Wednesday, for today's golf you will reveive a 50 percent discount! WOW! They did not need to tell me this but they did, And apparently on other days of the wee, I think he said Thursdays and Sundays they offer this special deal. We enjoyred the quality of the Golf Simulators, although next time I am going to ask them to nout me on a closer tee box lol, as playing Pebble Beach from the tips was a bit difficult, but fun nevertheless! This place is awesome!!! My husband and I decided to check out Area15. We wandered into this Five Iron and ended up staying for a solid three hours. Honestly we would have stayed longer if we didn't have existing dinner reservations. There are a bunch of options for different types of games or virtual courses you can play on. We aren't big golfers, so doing an entire course wasn't appealing but I'm sure it would be sweet for more avid players. Instead we just played a bunch of mini-games that didn't require much skill. I thought it was super cool the projector would replay your swing and show where the ball went so you can figure out what adjustments were needed. It also measured your swing speed, how far the ball went and a bunch of other stuff I'm sure real golfers care about? Super cool even for the novice. You rent your own hitting bay so don't have to worry about social distancing or annoying people in your space which is nice. :) The staff was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful & the waiter was on top of it as far as drink refills. Honestly, can't say a bad thing about our experience. Cool screen golf place inside of Area 15. I had so much fun with couple games. They have a normal field mode and also competition or game mode. Graphic is pretty cute, i enjoyed the Jurassic game.
