Even though I didn't golf, I had a really good time at TopGolf! My company had an outing there with just employees one evening around 5:30 and our bays where on the main floor way down to the right. I got comfortable sitting on the lounge sofa acting as cheerleader/coach for my coworkers. They played the practice round for about 2 hours just to see who can get the highest score and by the end of it they sabotaged each other by swinging under each other's names, by accident and on purpose. The food there was surprisingly very good. At first we all ordered a bunch of apps to share like the pretzel bites, nachos, flatbread, queso and chips but as it got later we started ordering meals like The Smokehouse Burger but I personally wanted to get my own Nacho Average Nachos with chicken. These were displayed so beautifully and tasted amazing. I also had 2 Blackberry Smashes with Irish Whiskey and Moonshine in it. It's very subtle so it may sneak up on you later. Our servers were also fantastic and very patient with all of us. Definitely need to come here for a party! read more

I had a great date night with my husband here. I just wished the tables were clear and the drinks weren't watered down.

Very fun. Cool interactive games that make it competitive. Good food for good price. Pretty cheap and decent service.

We had a large group, taking over ten golf stalls. When we walked in charcuterie boards were on the tables with bottles of beers in buckets of ice. That was really nice, since we had been at a hot outdoor event all day. Topgolf is fun. We like the game Angry Birds. You try to knock down a wooden structure on the screen by hitting your ball in the right spot. Or you can choose to hit the ball as far as you can into the ground targets. Afterward, a buffet table was set up with hot foods and salad. For dessert, donut holes were presented with syringes of jellies to choose and squirt into your ball. This was really nice. Topgolf is fun. Dinner buffet and menu food are good. Go with friends, or a large group, and have a blast. read more

Another great night of food and funnery at TopGolf! Tuesdays are half price so double the fun! Great place for familys and Friend get togethers. Grab a nice comfy seat at their couches like John R and watch or grab a golf club like Michelle D and swing. Its all about being together. The food continues to be great. Try those signature nachos with the Chimichurri on top or the scrumptious BBQ brisket Flatbread. Maybe order a keepsake filled with Bacardi called the Turf Monster Golfbag like Vanessa T. Top golf is great for date nights and family events! My husband and I went on a double date to Top golf and it was such a fun time! I advise you make a reservation ahead of time. If you do the day of and try to play, you may wait in a long line for a few hours. The drinks are delicious (especially the pina colada) and the buckets are the best option for large groups! The appetizer such as the nachos and pretzel bites are delicious! We played for hours. Also, note that they require you to play for a minimum of 2 hours. They supply golf clubs of all shapes and sizes for woman and men. The golf balls have sensors so they monitor what while you make. It's a ton of fun and I highly recommend! read more

Top Golf is perfect for hosting group events such as birthday parties, corporate events, and date nights! I was in a team of 4, and we were able to make it 3 rounds in two hours! We made a reservation online for our bay, which meant no wait time when we got there, but it was pricier than expected for a Sunday! The food was very good! We had the Cobb salad and pepperoni flatbread. Both were larger than we expected, and all the ingredients tasted fresh! The pizza came out hot and crispy. read more

Booked a bay on the app and was there at opening time. No wait and literally walked right upstairs to my bay and was greeted by the nicest staff. Had a water and Red Bull to me within what seemed like seconds. Just getting some practice in since I just moved here. I wasn't bothered which was nice. I played at my pace and was focused in what I was doing without someone trying to sell me food or drinks like other locations. I will definitely be frequenting here read more

The facility seems nice, but the customer service is the worse. Waited in line for quite a while because they only 1 person working up front. The concept is great, and the staff works really hard as a team to make sure everyone has a good time. It is extremely overpriced for what it actually is though. Mediocre/bar type food charging crazy prices. Tiny boneless wings that were hard and barely any sauce on them for $11? They were just chicken tenders cut into pieces. They were not good. I liked the Mac n cheese bites a lot! We ordered pretzels that took over an hour; they were bland and the manager took them off. I mean I know you don't go here for the food, but I wasn't impressed. My son and his friends had fun playing golf while we were waiting for our food. It was definitely fun, but thankful we were at a birthday party. We would come back for another event and stick to the Mac and cheese bites. read more

This has always been a fun place to hang out, hit some golf balls and have some fun. We did a standard 2 hour session and had a blast with our son and his friend as they are in town for Sunday's Jags game. It is easy to prepay online. They send you a reminder and at your designated time send you your bay number. This all worked as advertised and we were at our bay on time. The bay had been cleaned before we arrived. Our server, Deon, promptly came over and got our drink orders. We also ordered a couple of appetizers and later ordered a couple of meals to share. Deon was super friendly and took care of everything. I had the Frozen C'old Fashioned and my wife had the Trop' Fruit Mai Tai. Both drinks were fresh and mixed well with great flavors. We ordered some Signature Nachos and Cheesy Macaroni Bites. Both dishes had good flavor and were just enough to share. Later we shared a Smokehouse Burger and a BBQ Brisket Flatbread. The burger was well cooked. The flatbread had good flavor but the only negative would be that most of the meat was fatty which shouldn't happen with a good brisket. Overall, we had a great evening and hated for it to end after 2 hours. Everyone at Top Golf was great and our evening was an overall A+. We will definitely be back. read more

Never, ever hold an event here that requires using their event menu. It is the most overpriced in my memory. The first clue was walking up; The smell of fried food permeates the air like a hot July afternoon at the county fair. Be aware that the promotional material says "Chef Crafted Menu" not Chef Crafted Food. In our case the "sliders" were cheap mini-burgers in a room temperature chafing dish, with a tray of cold, dry mini buns with a few pieces of lettuce, tomato (nicely ripened actually) and some mini slices of what appeared to be processed cheese decomposing on another cheap serving platter. The sliced pickles were unremarkable. The mustard and ketchup were nowhere to be found, until I asked staff and they pointed to them, several yards away, on a coffee table in the middle of the playing area. The other "hot" choice was deep fried chicken nuggets, rapidly congealing in the tepid evening air. I think you would need lab tests to determine how long before serving they were fried, of how long they were frozen before that. I think the inside was actual chicken, and not chicken and filler, but I'm not sure. There was a bowl of dipping sauce. A communal bowl, of dipping sauce. Purchased in bulk, from Cisco, I can't imagine everything together cost more than the charge for a single guest. In my opinion you could go to the Dollar Store and buy potted meat product and generic white bread and get the same nutritional value and more flavor and character than what Top Golf provides. For the most part we all just took turns hitting balls. The screens that give stats were cool, but otherwise we could have been at a driving range. Throw in a food truck or some local pizza and you would have easily topped the Top Golf Experience. I have to add, my group was there as guests of one of our gracious investors, who couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Also, I've heard very good things about Top Golf Tampa, who will allow you to rent several bays and still order off the menu. This rant is directly at the person responsible padding the profits buy insisting large groups eat Dollar Store food at Seasons 52 prices. read more

Topgolf is a fancy driving range that offers various competitive golf games as well as drinks and food. The golf bays are located on three different levels, so there is plenty of space for a lot of patrons. You can also have food and drinks in the bar or restaurant area. We decided to get the wing trio, which allows you to choose three different wing flavors. We chose the buffalo, garlic parmesan, and Asian sesame. All three tasted great. We also ordered the macaroni and cheese bites, which are fried balls of macaroni and cheese. They were delicious. The service was pretty quick. This is a good place to have some fun and have a bite to eat. read more

First time at Top Golf and love it. We were on vacation from San Diego and went with a group of friends. Definitely cool in the evenings when it's lit up. Zack was our host and he was awesome. He was quick and efficient even with our crazy party and demands ( food and beer orders) he kept up lol. The bar is nice as well as bartenders, food was kind of hit and miss but for the most part good. Pricing was fair and about what you would expect anywhere else. Only down part was the non working restrooms. Only one stall available out of the Womens and then went back before leaving and that one was out of order too by the time we left. read more

Hey Topgolf was FUN! This a great time out! The building is beautiful and modern, walking in check in to the left and a huge bar to the right. Once you walk out to the bays it's so nice! Each bay has a big area that could probably fit 10 people, I loved you could order food and drinks right there! And my favorite part was the food was great! Lol! Everything we got was so yummy! Looked beautiful and tasted great, loved the nachos! Now to actually playing golf well I'm not too good, but it was fun trying to smack the ball! I found if I used the big head club I could hit the ball easier. They have big targets you try to hit into and other assorted games, we all had fun! Loin their online club for deals too! read more

I love this place!!! Upfront, the only way I can describe this place is: it's like a bowling alley for golf! You do not need to know how to play golf to enjoy hitting some balls here...it's fun just to see what you can do! It's a nice change of place (and pace) to gather for a few laughs, eats, conversation, etc. with friends and/or family. The bays are climate controlled...yes, that means they manage to keep it cool when it's hot outside and they manage to keep it warm when it's cold outside. I have been there in all types of weather and I'm amazed at how they do it, but they do. Some bays offer high top tables, while others offer an L shaped sofa for extra comfort. A server comes right to you as well and you can order food and drinks while you play. Woot! You do not need to have and/or bring your own clubs...they provide them for you. Plus, they have left-handed clubs and clubs for the littles as well. If you do have your own clubs, you are more than welcome to bring them and this is the perfect place to perfect your game. If you have an interest, they do offer lessons as well. As for the pricing...there is a different price depending on the hour that you go. You can find this pricing on their website. The earlier in the day the cheaper...the later in the day is more expensive. (I personally like going early and not just because it's cheaper, but because it's not as busy...shhhh!) They offer a Veteran discount too (Thank you so much for this Top Golf!!!) A few other things: - You can also come here and not partake in golfing at all. There is a wonderful restaurant and bar on the main floor. There is also a roof top bar on the top floor, but please check the opening hours of this one before going. - There is a game room located on the bottom floor with pool tables and on the 3rd floor there is a foosball table and Xbox 360 available for anyone to use. There is more than ample parking and it's easy to drive to. All of the employees have been very friendly and helpful on every visit. In closing, I'd like to say this is a place for everyone! Seriously, it is family friendly, perfect for a corporation outing...and everything else in-between! Enjoy! read more

I have been to this top golf several times over the past few months and have had a ton of fun! If you've never been to a topgolf-its a driving range with targets. There are a dozen games that you can play with your friends and it can double as exercise! Don't worry if you've never played golf before or swung a club. After some practice or help from one of the employees, you'll end hitting those balls like a champ! They even offer children and left handed clubs too! I also love how they have deals every day of the week! Tuesday is 1/2 off and I don't know what's better than that! My only reason for deducting a few stars is based off of the food and beverages. Don't get me wrong, they have more than enough options, it just isn't always consistent or at the quality that I like my food to be at. The drinks are way too sweet and are majority ice/juice. If I am ordering a $9+ cocktail, I expect it to be a beverage with a kick. Don't be cheap with the liquor. In addition, I have ordered food several times and the quality isn't always as fresh and consistent. The presentation of the food is nice but there is room for improvement. All in all, this is a great place to have fun with your friends and family! read more

Topgolf is next level amazing!!!! For me they're attention to detail that can not be found in many places. Going to start with the BATHROOMS!!!! Yes, the bathrooms are wonderful- there are seat covers in the stalls as well as a way to open the door with your foot to keep your hands clean. They also have a private room for nursing mothers. This floored me because I was not expecting that an entertainment center to care about those needs. This was my first time at Topgolf, the greeter helped explained what we would be doing, where to go, and where the elevators are located so that we can take the stroller. You are also able to choose between high top tables and a couch at the bay where you are stationed. We chose the couch as it was a bit chilly so we can cozy up. Found out that they also have above heaters! Topgolf is truly a family friendly venue if you decide to bring the kids along. The people in the next bay had a toddler; Topgolf provided large blocks to keep the child entertained while the parents had an enjoyable time. read more

Scheduled an event using the online system. Fairly easy to do but does not provide you with a confirmation email until days later. Only knew that it was scheduled because the deposit posted to my account. Received an email with instructions to check in 15 minutes prior to event, which we did. Informed the two ladies at the desk that we were there for a 7 pm event and showed them the email. They sent us outside to wait for a text, which would have the bay numbers listed that we would be assigned. At 7pm I still hadn't received a text so I checked back in and got blank stares. They sent me to the main desk and there they told me that they do not send text messages for events, only reservations and instructed us where to go. I attempted to let the ladies know that events do not receive text messages and at first they blamed me (saying I told them I had a reservation) and then each other. We finally got to our correct location and it took 20 minutes to get everyone (11 people)registered because "there's so many people here the system is slow." So now we are 30 minutes into a 2 hour event before anyone is actually playing a game. The bright spot was our server, Kaylee (sp?) who went out of her way to ensure that we had drink orders placed quickly and came back to check on us frequently. (Don't worry, we tipped her well, none of this was her fault). The food was so-so. Nothing to rave about but also wasn't horrible. Would not bring small children during the evening. The atmosphere is loud, chaotic, and the alcohol and cursing was flowing freely. Overall, the experience was not worth the money. This is unfortunate because I really wanted to rave about it. read more

What a nice golf outing. Great for parties, social gatherings, dates you name it. You don't have to be a golf pro and still have fun as an amateur. If you just want to watch the game and chill by the bar you can. Have a drink and socialize then here is a great place too. Location - 10531 Brightman Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32246. Near Floor and Decor and ISky indoor sky diving. Vibe- Very Social, loud and fun. The place is beautiful yet modern like. Clean and spacious. Not too romantic because you can hear the cheers from a good put or if a game is on. Yes it is loud just be prepared. Other than that outgoing and socialize. Interior- the place is new and lots of bright blue and green, wooden flooring. It's very beautiful. Has a clean, modern look to it and the outdoor green is so nice and huge and safe with all the outdoor netting around. The entrance does have steep stairs so something you need to watch out for. It's definitely a place you have to see for yourself. Food- hmmm....Finger food and let me tell you..Top golf you could've had five stars but please do something about the food. FIrst of all for a place like that you should have more than just finger food. Think of Dave and Busters and the size of their menu. Looking through the menu was scarce. I happened to order the teriyaki chicken wings and mini beef hot dogs. Something about the hotdogs was off. It just didn't taste right. Seemed like the sausages weren't fully cooked well. Also, the terriyaki chicken wings..the skin was too thick and sugary. Too much thick skin and lack of flavor. It just seemed like the chicken was also injected with hormones. Please take my advice Topgolf..you can do so much better. More options on Menu. Keep everything fresh and simple, stay away from frozen foods. More flavor and you'll be a five star place. Entertainment- Golfing is super fun there. And not only is there golf there are rooms for parties you can rent for events and pool tables. read more
