Nice place to enjoy on weekend. Good Ambiance and food. Service is excellent. Highly Recommended.

Grossly expensive to merely hit a few balls. I don't need fancy digital signs to practice my golf.

the staff was really friendly and took the time to help my kids find the right clubs. Fun atmosphere and good food. Definitely coming back!

I have a lot of fun whenever I come to top golf. There's a lot of different games you can play but I don't really understand them. I haven't asked about it either. I just play whatever the standard driving golf game is and that's fine with me. I really enjoy going at night because they light it up and it looks very cool. The chicken wings and fries were really good and I think I had a blackberry smash which was great. Not sure if I've tried any other food there but it all looks tasty. Top golf is a bit of a splurge outing in my opinion but I recommend you try it at least once if you haven't been, even if you're not super into golf. It's a cool thing to try out with a group of friends or coworkers. read more

I took my 9 year old cousin on an afternoon out to give his mom some much needed peace and quiet. I was incredibly impressed with our server since she actually took the time to talk to him and didn't brush his conversations off like a lot of servers can. That alone is worth the 5 stars in my book. The food is also on par with what you'd expect, it's good bar food with some fun twists. There's more than enough parking, golf bays, and this place is absolutely massive. She's a little expensive, but we will absolutely be back, especially since my little cousin fell in love with Top Golf. read more

What a fun experience! I know this is usually a tourist trap in various cities but sometimes it's fun to just mess around and jump in with both feet first! We went here for a birthday with a group of about ten people and had a blast. The food is mediocre but really what you're paying for is the vibe and experience of Topgolf itself. While I probably won't find myself coming here just for a quick drink it'll sure be on my list of places to stop when looking for *something fun* to do with friends. Our server was top notch and the place itself is so so fun with the different levels. read more

RUDE!!!! First time there for a business function got there early, then promptly treated like crap by a very rude short guy (nepolians complex) with one arm covered in tattoos "unprofessional" . I was very polite and did not want to escalate knowing my temper, as my secretary had arranged everything. This guy went out of his way to treat me like crap while he flirted with the girl behind the counter who was actually a new employee and trying her hardest to be professional. I will never take the company there again. Should be named Gimmick Drunk Golf. I want to meet that guy again outside of the top golf center. What a jerk. My team spent 500+ USD. We will NEVER go back Herb. "one bad apple". Top golf going down hill quickly. read more

I have been dying to write this review since I went yesterday afternoon because I am absolutely blown away by the service and environment at Top Golf. Let me tell you about some of the stand-out people who made my trip a blast. It was our first time at Top Golf so we didn't have many expectations. We walked up to the counter and immediately had great service from Jim (if I remember correctly.) He was very friendly and explained a little about Top Golf and made time suggestions for our visit. He let us know that we could extend the time so the best thing to do was to play for an hour and then figure out if we wanted to play more. He then directed us to Bob who lead us to our bay, 217! Bob was also awesome! He explained all of the games, got to know us, and even when our little screen had some difficulty he got someone over to fix it within seconds and we were given an extra 15 minutes for free for the "inconvenience" when it wasn't even inconvenient at all! Bob let us know some more about the rules and the clubs and sent us on our way. We began playing the game itself (which was crazy fun) and were served by our bay host, Brittany. Brittany was very personable and understanding. She helped me figure out the best way to order what salad I wanted and worked with me on choosing the right tequila for my margarita. She even turned down the heat for us in the bay and was just overall very sweet and helpful. I won't say much about the game because I'm sure that's covered. It's really fun for literally anyone even if you have no golf skills. I could've stayed for hours. What I will say is that the staff made it even better. Everyone we met would pop in during the game and give us a thumbs up or stop to chat and pump us up even more. It was such a good experience I can't even comprehend it. They give a new meaning to a five star review. Just WOW. (: I felt like I was surrounded by new friends. Thank you to everyone at Top Golf for making me excited to be there and to come back! TIP: It is warm! I was worried about going in the winter but you're fine in a T-shirt and shorts if that's what you like. read more

An interesting concept-a vertically structured driving range that can be a fun group outing even for non-golfers. We had a group of 8 which given their 6-person limit per station, meant we needed two stations. When we checked in we were told having two side by side shouldn't be a problem. Turns out their computer automatically assigns lanes as the come available so we had one spot on 3rd floor and 1 on first floor-not ideal. Fortunately one of the servers / asst managers up on 3 was able to work something out although it took about 30 minutes. They really need a better system. As for the game all you do is hit the balls at the lighted, colored targets-clubs are provided-and the computer keeps track of the scores. Unfortunately there were quite a few glitches in the system (according to staff due to snow/ice) which put a bit of a damper on things with lots of "great" shots noT being scored. Even though it was like 10 degrees, the industrial strength heat lamps were enough to make it feel fairly mild but you'll want a sweatshirt if you want to take off heavy coats. I kept my hat on the while time. There are servers to bring you drinks and food so it's easy to get into the party mood. Aside from the glichy system, my biggest gripe was the reservation fee. If you are like me and want to plan ahead, you can make a reservation online-$100-for a lane. I assumed that would be some sort of prepayment against services, food or drink but NOOOOO-all that gets you is an approximate time to start. As mentioned above it took quite a while to finally get two lanes together. I think this is outrageous and would definitely keep me from going back. Bottom line: fun environment (assuming they fix glitches)-4*, reservation policy-1*, value -3* read more

I hosted a fundraiser event here as part of a non profit board I support. We have had a top golf event for the past 3 years and it has been a success! Staff has been incredibly helpful with sharing pricing information, with day of event support, and serving our attendees at their bays. As part of our event we have a brunch buffet. The food is pretty good, just comes with such large quantities that there was lot of food waste left. Overall a great family friendly place for all ages. Will be back! read more

Visited with a large group. The parking lot was pretty full at the time so I did need to park further away. They accommodated all of us in our group in several bays next to each other. The staff were helpful, professional, and explained the process well. This was my first time at TopGolf and I look forward to visiting again. I didn't get much hitting time but it was a neat experience. I do wish the scoring showed up on the screen for a little longer. When I went, I wasn't always sure on where my ball went and my score from each hit. The technology side takes a little bit to understand at first. I would recommend going with a larger group to split the cost of a bay. That way, it is not that expensive. It says on the website 6 people per bay are allowed. The cost does change depending on the day, less expensive during the week, more expensive on the weekend. Half price Tuesday's! Cheapest is usually from when they open til noon. Then the price does increase for noon to 5pm, then again for 5pm to close. If you like golfing and don't want to go golfing at a full size course or mini-golf, I'd recommend you check this place out! read more

Michael the bartender was so nice & awesome to me and my girls who were there for my birthday! Drinks were great & he's so fun!

Portions were way to small and over priced. Over half the dish was chilis. Tasted pretty good, but the quality has gone down over the years. Sad, cause this place was great before. read more

Topgolf is the perfect way to spend an afternoon having a TON of fun -- this high-tech golf range has a variety of games that anyone can enjoy. The gameplay is SO fun and the food is surprisingly good as well. The only reason I would give it a 4-star is because the service getting a bay was a little messy. We had arrived 2 minutes later than we anticipated and there was an issue with the system, so we wound up having to wait another while to get that sorted. Once we did, though, it was smooth sailing! We got some donut holes and nachos to share while playing and both were super yummy. The games were super fun and it was easy to pick up as well -- we'll definitely be back! read more

I'd been wanting to try Topgolf in my home city but the timing never worked out. So I was really excited to find out that a group of us were planning to visit this location. We had three bays reserved, which was more than enough for our group of 12. As the majority of us were not golfers, we just wanted to try our hand at a few swings. The premise is simple - try to hit the ball as far as you can and watch your points add up. Players rotate similar to a bowling game. The only instructions were to stay behind the thick red line unless you were up to swing. As we played, we munched on the fajita bar. It was nicely set up but the quality and the flavor of the steak, chicken, cilantro rice, and beans were lacking. I would recommend eating before you arrive. For the few folks who were true golfers in our group, this wasn't their thing but for those of us who weren't, we enjoyed the experience. It was great for a group activity but it's not the kind of place that I can see myself frequenting. read more

Service has always been great and we tend to go pretty early when we have the rare day off so there's never been an issue getting a spot right away. Food is fine, pretty standard kitchen fair. The one thing that really takes away from the experience is that there are spiders EVERYWHERE. Truly not a place the the arachnophobic. Small ones dangling from the ceiling, fat ones crawling on the floor. read more

Love love this location. I typically go to Top Golf when I travel but I got the itch and these guys didn't disappoint. You feel welcomed right when you step into the door. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Staff were helping my group get the hang of golf. Usually staff prepare your group at the beginning of your session and let you go at it, but they stuck with us for four hours. The food we had was alright, nothing to write home about. It was a huge party and I was sure if the planner chose the food or if it came in a package, but I wish there was more party food, we were fed soul food (basically) It was a lot of food might I add, we definitely got our money's worth in that aspect, I mean a ton of food. I'm not sure if it was unlimited but it was a lot. The value this location gives to a party is amazing. Makes me want to plan a party to understand the process. I'm sure I will if I'm honest. I'll be back! read more

*First Timer* and I kicked and screamed the whole way there. I really didn't want to do this, but ended up having the best time! The food was surprisingly excellent (fried chicken sandwich) and the frozen spiked lemonade omg I could have had 5. It was very hot but with the fans and ice drinks I stayed comfortable enough. The waiter we had was amazing and the manager of this location was awesome! I can't wait to come back. I have never played golf and ended up getting the second highest score in our bay. read more

Fun place! My inaugural experience was a good one and I'd definitely come back. I was a bit surprised by the high prices, but perhaps I shouldn't have been given the venue. The friend I was meeting arrived late, so I waited at the convenient and large bar area just to the left of the main entrance. It was packed with people waiting for golf bays, which took over 30 minutes, so plan accordingly. It took over 10 minutes just to get a vodka soda, and $14 into my evening already, we haven't even started our $46/hour golf, ordered another round of drinks while waiting for the golf bay to open up, or any of the food or drinks while eventually playing the game. Those little complaints aside, however, the golf itself was actually very enjoyable. Clubs are provided (for men and ladies), and you can pretty much make as much or little of your time as you like playing 20-ball rounds at a time. I found a particular knack with the 3 wood and just racked up points by hitting the same target (doubling your score) and whooping my opponent. It was also nice to try the full range of irons and big driver, but with my elementary level golf skills, didn't really make that much of a difference in hitting targets. If you are not a golfer, do not worry!! You will be just fine. People here range from complete novice not even knowing how to swing to those who are skilled and bring their own clubs, and everyone fits in just fine. You do you. Service was friendly and relatively attentive, and if you are bored with the golf, there are plenty of other distractions with music playing, TVs all over, or just watching other people and their either amazing or hilariously bad driving skills. Best of all, you are completely covered so even if it is raining outside (which it was for part of the evening), it does not ruin your fun. I look forward to returning. read more

I'm not a golfer whatsoever. The good news is that at Topgolf, that doesn't matter! I had some friends that are golfers and wanted to check out Topgolf. We tried to get a reservation the weekend of but they were pretty much booked except for after 10 pm, but we were looking for some daytime fun. I was able to make a reservation by going through Yelp links for a Monday morning. The process was super easy! They also are very communicative with your reservation confirmation email and a text. Note: they text you right before your reservation to confirm you're coming. I'd recommend coming here a little early just in case because I think after about 15 minutes they will give your bay away if you're not there and there will be other people there happy to take it! There are 3 levels of fun! We were put at Bay 227 on the second level. I heard the easiest/most fun is the third level. I think next time I'll try to request this level! They've got clubs for you to use or bring your own. There's also heaters that you can control yourself. Someone will come by when you first arrive to make sure you get oriented and know the safety precautions. Then you'll also have a server to get your picks on their full food and drink menu. Our server was Destiny - she was super friendly, helpful, and funny! Once you get to golfing, there's a bunch of fun games that you can play. If you're a newb like me, don't worry. The bays are big enough where you don't feel like you're practically all in one big group with strangers. There's a good amount of privacy and hey everyone's just there to have some fun! We all really enjoyed our Topgolf outing. They've got 1/2 off game play Tuesdays all day so I'll definitely be going back for that! I've also recommended it to some friends planning a Bachelor party! It's overall a fun place to have some food, drinks, and play some games with friends under the sun or stars! read more

Wowza! This place is FUN FUN FUN. We were there today for a team event and I was not thinking it would be this much fun. It was! The bays are huge and lots of room to sit and chat while playing the golf games, which are also really fun. The servers were amazing and enjoyable to interact with. We were there for two hours. It was great. The place is huge with big TVs, the food looks yummy with lots of drinks. I am looking forward to bringing my kids. Some folks mentioned the cost, but bay rental is reasonable. If want to guarantee a reservation there is a variable fee depending on when. Drinks and food are optional, so I thinking it's manageable. It was nice to have an activity, food, drink and conversation. read more

Came here twice for brunch and a weeknight service! For brunch went with frosé + bloody marys, everything bagel flatbread, acai bowl, carrot cake waffles, carnitas + zucchini roasted tomato benedict, and ahi tuna avo toast! Amazing food paired with microchip golf balls on a hi-tech driving range!‍ For weeknight tried out the injectable donuts (you can choose from three flavors and do it yourself), pretzel board with fruits and cheese, wing trios (mango habanero, Asian sesame, buffalo bbq), and cast iron spicy cauliflower! Free giant parking lot - easy to pick up and great for first-time golf players - everything you need under one roof - games, billiards, drinks, bar, food, music. Lots to see and the atmosphere is very chilled. Great for groups and work events. They have different interactive games and multiple holes based on difficulty to choose from. It's a seamless experience unlike bowling where you have to wait for other peoples turn. You can continue one player's golf as long as you like or take turns. Food is great, view is amazing, absolutely hooked since the first time! read more

Top Golf is a great activity for all! We went for a friend's birthday and we reserved two bays and it had plenty of space for all of us. We had our own server too and they checked in on us frequently to see if we wanted anymore food and drinks. The food was also tasty, but just note that everything there is very pricy for the portions that you get! You're paying for the experience though so if you're trying to save money maybe eat before? Playing golf was a fun time. They have plenty of games to play too so you don't just have to hit the balls in the rings. Plenty of parking around there too so you don't have to worry about that! This is the big new thing that came here recently. So we had to see what all the talk was about. First off, the place is freakin huge and bright, you can't miss it. It's very unique in that the golfing pods you hang out in are partially outside. This means lots of heaters, which makes me cringe just thinking about all the energy being wasted, especially in the winters. To give you an exact understanding of what it is, it's basically like bowling except golfing. You're literally hitting a real ball into a field. There are screens to play different kinds of golfing games and keep track of everyone's scores. This screen also misses a few balls every now and then so it's not 100% accurate all the time. Service was fast and friendly and the food and drinks are pretty good. They definitely have some different menu items which is a nice change. The pricing of food and drinks were average but to golf it was spendy, especially if you don't enjoy it. And of course the prices go up in the afternoon times. The website helps a lot if you have questions. read more

OK, Topgolf, I see you! As a golf team dropout in high school I am always a little nervous around a set of clubs. My first thought was "wow an expensive driving range- this is not my type of fun.." but this was the MOST fun group event I have had since the dreaded COVID world. It is more of a bowling/fun group situation which I LOVED. The high tech range keeps track of your balls for you and there are many games that can be played! Our server walked us through all of the game and safety rules so we could jump right into making full use of our time. You are billed by the hour and there is a start up/one-time registration fee of $5 per person. They do offer pitchers of beer and other alcoholic beverages which, again, made the experience fun for a group! And the food... way better than I expected! The mac and cheese bites are a must try. The nachos were great to share because very chip had every topping! The buffalo chicken dip with tortilla chips was also AMAZING. Definitely recommend all of the apps! Definitely a splurge/more expensive outing but super fun for special occasions. Topgolf recently opened a location in Omaha and I am going to have my birthday there! Can't wait. read more

I would never have thought of this place as a fun destination. I don't enjoy playing golf, mainly because no matter how many hours I put into it over several years, I was consistently terrible. But no matter, we came here with a group from work recently. There were about 20 of us and strangely, this kind of place works during Covid times. The driving ranges are outdoors. They limit the number of people at each driving range tee, and the tees are separated by barriers and are well-distanced, too. Also, they did a good job keeping entry and exit lanes very orderly. We had a great time, hit some golf balls, ate some food and had a few drinks. I definitely recommend this for some distanced group fun. read more

I honestly didn't expect to enjoy a night out at the driving range when my boss suggested it as an evening team event. I was pleasantly surprised. I am not a golfer, so it was cool to see that I was making 115-119 avg range shots. I know the clubs and drivers are more lightweight than normal ones. I also wish they'd had a lefty set for me, so all-in-all, I did pretty well. We ordered pitchers of white sangria for our table; they were quite good. The buffet our boss paid for had fried chicken, pulled pork, cornbread, mac and cheese, salad, and chocolate chip cookies. The food was just okay; I mostly ate the salad as a result. Service was good. It was more fun than I anticipated and if there was one of these where I live, I'd go with a group. read more

Nice place to go to as a team. Overall it was a lot of fun. I think the food is overpriced and the service was really slow. I visited this Topgolf for a team event on a recent business trip to Minneapolis. I had some concerns initially on choosing this place for a team event, including my total lack of experience with golf and exposure to the outside, but I can unequivocally say that this place is great for all. I'm a NC girl and really dislike the cold. The evening we played, it was in the low 20s and had been snowing all day. I did wear a long underwear shirt, sweater, jeans, wool socks, gloves, and a quilted down vest, but I couldn't believe how warm it was OUTSIDE. Topgolf has long, wide heaters above the tables, and the only time we were exposed to the elements was when we were on the green to tee off. You quickly get warmed up playing, too. I ended up taking off my gloves halfway through the game. (And seriously, I hate the cold.) There are six to a table, so with 16 of us, we ended up with three side-by-side tables on the mid-level. We played their signature game, each hitting five balls, and then switching to the next person until we reached our 20-ball game. We played two games all told. They have irons, woods, and even a neat hybrid club to play with, or you can bring your own clubs. (There is a stand for personal bags, too.). It occasionally took the system awhile to register if we made it into the targets, as we'd randomly see another person's name come up with a "X, you got 12 points!" when the next person was playing. But that wasn't really an issue for us. The scoring system was cool, and made for a fun competition. I will say that I was the worst of the 16 players in our total 40-ball round, bu I still had a blast. Their food--while still of the bar food variety--was quite good. Our favorites were the jumbo pretzel board, mushi, quesadillas, and wings. And they really have so many options to choose from. The alcohol was reasonably priced, too, although we were randomly ordering things off the menu to take home (or in my case, take back to the hotel) to meet our $450 minimum. I highly recommend Topgolf for families or team events. It is a bit pricy, but it's a unique experience, and loads of fun. I plan to try out the Charlotte Topgolf with my family, too! At least it won't be as cold, ha ha. read more

First big snow in Minnesota and I finally got to Topgolf. I was invited by a local business to come to a two hour event hosted at this highly anticipated business. Upon entry their lobby and guest experience area are impressive. You are treated to the view of all the bays and a small pro shop. I found the staff to be very helpful. You don't need to bring your own clubs as each bay has the newest irons but since I hit 1 1/2 over 2 degrees upright I brought my bag. We were grouped in teams of 6 and assigned 10 bays. You choose the game you want to play and each swing of the gold ball is for a score. Be patient as it can take time for the balls to score but they will eventually get there. We had food catered and it was pretty good food and the servers were great. Now if you are expecting elite craft food at a super high end digital golf range, you will be disappointed. Good beer selection, good menu and it was slower service that a standard eatery when the place is hopping but I didn't dine in the restaurant. This place is awesome and delivered in a significant way. On a day where 500 people crashed in the snow I hit balls and beat some friends in a fun round of Topgolf! The bays are heated, have tables and great couches with TVs so even in the weather it's simply swing and retreat to the warmth of your home. read more

Fun and new experience for a small group of women. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing but it turned out to be a great time. The hostess was polite and friendly and took her time explaining things to us. We were able to get drinks right away but the good was another story. We payed for 1 hour of game play but the food 'conveniently' came out 15 minutes before our time expired which is the hostess' cue to ask if you want to pay for more. It was a bit shocking to learn that you must pay $5 for a membership for the first time you visit. The food was really good we ordered a variety of apps and the Cobb salad was on point. My experience here was very unpleasant, this place is not family friendly what so ever. My friends and I were looking forward to a fun evening at Top Golf but when we first walked out of the car the entire place reeked of weed, it was so bad we had to cover our noses in our sweatshirts. we were also greeted in a very unfriendly manner when we walked in. The ladies working at the desk asked us if we were 18, we told them no, the employee then pointed at a sign rudely that explained we had to be 18 past 9pm, she couldn't even use her words. They asked us to leave and got very defensive when we asked for a refund on the deposit we had put down to reserve our bay. She started talking all aggressively and throwing her hands all over the place, And told us a refund would hit after 3-5 business days. While I was talking she cut me off and said "mhm" Not impressed take your family and money someplace else if you are looking for a fun night to enjoy. read more
