It showed they genuinely care about their customers' experiences and are committed to making things right. They invited us back to give them another try, and I'm glad we did. We had the pleasure of meeting Elle, a delightful manager who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also learned that the staff loves working for her, which says a lot about her leadership. This time, we ordered different dishes, and the food was excellent. Combined with the truly top notch service, Nealy, was very attentive. This made for a wonderful dining experience. We're very happy we gave them a second chance.

In the middle, there is an outdoor space with patio chairs and huge TVs. So, you don't even have to look at pickle ball if you don't want to or vice versa. We came on a Saturday to watch some football, and this was the perfect place for it. We sat at the bar and there were tons of TVs. In the area we were, we could have gone inside to the restaurant but we sat at the bar that was outside but covered. Service was extremely slow at this bar, but we weren't in a rush so it was fine. We got beers and a salad. Everything was good. There was music playing and tons of tennis ball tables and areas to mingle. This was such a cool place and I can't wait to come back!

Eventually we sat ourselves thinking that's what we are to do---still not certain if we were supposed to continue to wait to be seated or just seat ourselves as it took quite some time for someone to ask if we had been waited on---and this while it was not busy and 3 wait persons walked by our table without stopping or pausing. Anyway, finally someone stopped to take our order--both drink and food --and we were even more parched at this time---nonetheless, it took quite some time to bring a beer and even longer for the ice tea---however we should be thankful for that as no attention was paid to us in the form of do you want another beer or may I get you a refill of ice tea--pitiful, pitiful---but eventually we received our good---actually I think the food was served pretty quickly---fish sandwich for 1 of us and the bone in pork chop for the other---food was average---not great but I would not say bad. While eating there was 1 quick drive by performed by our server and later when she dropped off our check and payment she flew by even quicker---maybe we had a bad odor--I do not think so but you never know. This really could have been a 1 star but past visits here were quite pleasant so with that in mind it's a 2 star visit. Ugh.

Getting the wrong food is one thing, but serving chicken that seems spoiled is a completely different issue. I understand mistakes happen, but food safety isn't something that should be overlooked.
