Honestly, I'm pretty disgusted by my experience here. I ordered 6 wings and not only did I receive the wrong order, but the chicken itself smelled and tasted spoiled. The best way I can describe it is that it had a sour, spoiled milk smell to it. I only ate a few bites before realizing something was seriously off, and later that night I ended up getting sick and throwing up. Getting the wrong food is one thing, but serving chicken that seems spoiled is a completely different issue. I understand mistakes happen, but food safety isn't something that should be overlooked. I've eaten Hooters plenty of times before and have never experienced anything like this. Hopefully management takes this seriously because nobody should leave a restaurant feeling sick. read more

My husband and I came in for lunch & were seated right away! He ordered the smoked hot wings, and I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The wings and fries were good, but the chicken in the sandwich was weird. It had this rubbery hard consistency almost like biting into a giant tendon. The waitress and manager were super nice about it and offered to bring me something else while taking the sandwich off our bill. I went with the boneless wings and they were perfect. Sooooo Julie has never been to Hooters before and I told her everyone I know loves the wings. Our server was Avery and she was everything you want in a server! Helped Julie decide on which wings to get and such. I had the Twisted Texan melt. Food was great, Julie raved about the wings. Avery visited with us and we had quite the good conversation with our food. Place is clean and bright. It's rowdy here with sports on a bunch of screens. Seems everyone has a good time when the go to Hooters. We will be back, especially since Julie has discovered the wings!! read more

I personally don't ever come here for the food necessarily , I come for the "sports vibe" and cold drinks more than anything. I usually like their fries pickles but last order wasn't good at all, way too thin if you ask me (and I never say that) . They do always have reliable cold beer but that's about it. Food isn't always great (hardly ever these days it seems, but maybe it's only me) , service is spotty, but hey, so are the Saints. *don't shoot me, it was only a joke * I never expect too much coming here, my husband just drags me here and it's great when I'm in a mood for cold beer and when the Saints- i mean service- is more reliable. read more

This is my go to location. Has been that way for like 7 years now. I've been to a couple of other locations out of state and even in state and this is still my favorite one. Everything here is consistent. Service is always good. Food is always good. It's right next to where I work. I've never had any complaints about this place. The food here is really good! I've always enjoyed it and the atmosphere. I'm a fan of the wings for sure! They're super good, and the sauce is good. I prefer the mild, I also really like the boneless ones lately. However I'll eat both types! Definitely recommend getting their wings though if you go! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, atmosphere and the girls were cute enough. Considering what I have seen at some Hooters recently (Atlanta & Columbia SC and Indianapolis) it was much better. Staff and mangers did a really nice job wearying their gloves & masks and sanitizing! I felt safe for sure. Pretty disappointed the bartender didn't have cold Big Daddy mugs. Offered me a hot mug but that did not sound so good. So I was charged for two pints. Even suggested she give me 1.5 pints but she didn't understand. Hoping a manager reads this and coaches her on how to find the yes for the guest (and orders more mugs... it's Monday for goodness sake!). Also what happened to the General Tso wing sauce??? It was awesome. Not on menu any longer? I will give it another try down the road. Traveling for business with a restricted diet is problematic and was made bright and delicious with Hooters on Siegan Lane in Baton Rouge. The staff were so accommodating to our requests, they prepared everything to specialty so quickly and had us on our way with the wonderful, professional waitstaff handling their curbside. A very big thanks to their kitchen staff for the flavorful chicken and to the young lady who, fully masked, and smiling all the way to her eyes, delivered to our truck. Okay. It's hooters. I've been here maybe 9-10 times now. It's always months apart, so nobody remembers me. But I remember what I see. This location has a group of devout loyalists. I see them every time. And that says a lot about a place. I see hugs. I see people sharing concerns. I see a community. I see a kitchen that cares about the food they put out. No, if you aren't in the circle, the service may not be great. But it's good enough. But it's definitely a neighborhood restaurant (yes I know it's a franchise..) And I'll always advocate that. 5 stars for community vibe and consistently good food. read more

Ordered some wings through Waitr - I went with the original hot wings. I was really impressed that the wings showed up still hot (although the credit for this goes more to Waitr). The wings themselves were great - I was very impressed with their size and Hooters was generous with the sauce. They also provided enough dipping sauce which is one of my pet peeves (thanks!). The only reason I gave it four stars is because the "Hot" sauce didn't give much more kick that Franks Red Hot. It was good, but didn't meet the heat level that I was hoping for. read more

This is the only Hooters I really go to. The wait usually isn't long at all. Haven't really eaten anything thing here except for the wings. The wings here are superb, Naked Wings with Daytona all the way! Service here is prompt and the beer selection is somewhat extensive, they have Canebrake which is one of my go-to's. As for the vibe they have a lot of screens however it doesn't seem like Hooters knows what kind of sports bar it wants to be. I would much rather go to Walk-Ons to dine and watch LSU or the Saints play. The wings are the selling point at Hooters. If you want to have excellent wings with a large group of friends and ice cold beers come here. Seating is mostly high tops with little tables that only seat 4 or the bar. I wouldn't bank on here for a date night with your significant other, but great place to go with a bunch of friends! read more

Overall it was ok. It took 20 minutes to get our appetizer, beer cheese and pretzels. The pretzels were a bit overdone, cheese was great; I could tell it had a dark beer mixed in. Problem came a minute after we got apps, our meal arrived. So as we ate pretzels or fries got cold. I had the Cheese Chicken sandwich, the chicken had to much breading and was dry, even with the sauce. Hubby had a burger that was overcooked and dry. Service was fine. I have always liked this location---been 10-15 times over the years---seems well run to me---bathrooms clean and hooters girls are nice and polite although sometimes too business-like than friendly---but overall no complaints. While it is rare I have seen a table only of females--less than 3 times---I think about 30-35% of the tables have females dining. So what about the food and drink? Beer is cold--albeit a little on the expensive side--and very satisfied with the food. I do have limited food knowledge here---wings , burgers , fries are about all I get here ---but I think the wings--naked or fried--are better than almost all of the wing places I patronize and the burgers are flavorful. Fries taste good. I have had the philly 2 times and it's meh. The buffalo shrimp appetizer is a disappointment---what is depicted in the picture is not what appears--closer to shrimp size than buffalo. I like hooters. I like this restaurant too. Chicken wings are good if they are hot. I usually have to preface my french fry order with "bring 'em hot or I'm sending them back". That usually does the trick although we still have to ask for a fresh batch every once and a while. LOVE the hamburger. With bacon and provolone. One of my favorite burgers in the city. This is their 20 year anniversary so if you come on the 20th of the month you can get wings for their 1991 prices. Not a huge deal but cheaper. This is going to come off sexist but...ever since they got a female manager the "wow factor" of the waitresses has been less WOW and more MOM. read more
