Good: Fun, even if you aren't that great at golf. I didn't even play, just watched my husband and friends and I was entertained. The food is decent, service was good on a busy Saturday night. Definitely good for groups or a couples' date night. Could be better: Parking is a mess. When we left we saw one car plow into another car that was parked along the curb. The place was packed. It is a little bit on the expensive side as well. All in all though a fun experience and I'm sure we'll be back. read more

I expect better! Don't get me wrong the place has all great ideas about "fun". It's got a sporty vibe, it's got bars for all its 3 stories. We had a great time hitting the golf ball and entertainment. Though very disappointing in management and organization. The service is sadly poor, not from the service providers--waiting staffs. They did their best to get our food and drinks out. The worst part was we got one round of drinks only in 4 hours we were there. It was the busy night, I gotta admit but it could change the other way around if the management is on top of the game. My suggestion is to get at least three bartenders make drinks from ticket orders coz from what I experience there were almost 50 tickets just hung out from the printer but none of the bartenders cared enough to pick up one of them and start making a drink though continuously serving the crowd at the bar first. I thought this would be a wonderful way to celebrate my 30th birthday. However I was tragically wrong. We arrived on 01/17/2015. We waited almost four hours for a bay. That was after we were told it would only be an hour wait. That's not the worst part. We got to play finally and I will say that was fun. However yesterday on 02/23/2015 I was charged two separate charges for $51.00 and $16.10. I was not there nor was I anywhere close to the location. I called Top Golf and was told even though it was their fault I would have to dispute it with my bank. Now my problem is not only did they screw up and admit it, they then proceeded to make me do the leg work for the money they took from me which was completely unauthorized on my part. This is totally unacceptable and I'm very unsure on if I'll ever be back. I'm an avid golfer and it's just very disappointing to be treated this way. read more

Roofing is a great place to practice your golf swing and have a good time. The is also a great spot for parties. I would recommend planning ahead and making reservations because it one of the most popular spots for golfers in Alpharetta. read more

The only time I have ever tried playing golf was during my visit here and I love, love, love the place! Our group had at least three generations of folks and everyone had a great time. The check-in procedure was a bit overwhelming because most of us were newcomers and needed membership cards but from that point on the service was prompt even though the place was super-busy. I loved the food, too. It is your good, honest bar food that does not pretend to be anything else at the expense of quality. TopGolf is an excellent concept that is fit for all audiences from pre-teen/teen parties to executive outings. I look forward to returning many times with my nifty lifetime membership card. read more

Great place. A lot of fun for all. The food is my favorite part, the golf is secondary. Booths area great way to eat and play. We had 10 people in one booth and still had plenty of room. Our group split a smorgasbord of appetizers, the quesadillas are phenomenal. Perfectly cooked steak inside. The mushi is the best thing on the menu for sure. Basically a burrito with a rice outside layer cut into sushi bites. I get them every time read more

This place is a great night out and so much fun with friends. The food is surprisingly good considering it's 'bar food' and the music, atmosphere and interiors are wonderful. My problem with this place is the lack of good service. The wait staff are brief and hard to find. We had to chase them down several times because we would go long stretches without seeing anyone on a very, very busy night. Parking can also be a nightmare. Spaces are limited so plan to circle the lot for a while. read more

Fun experience however the wait is usually very long. Furthermore, the wait staff seems to not care as much once your at the bay. There is no good time to go, they are busy open to close. My husband and I went around 9pm, we had a 2 hr wait. There is a bar and tables but it's a first sit, first serve. It took us about 20 minutes find seats. There were a lot of people who weren't ordering food sitting at the tables. We sat at the bar ordered drinks and appetizers. The food was average but my husband really liked the shrimp cocktail. The food and drinks were a tad expensive for the quality. The service was lacking but once you get on the bay the service was great. My waiter was attentive and polite. read more

Very disappointed that we had to valet because no parking. The only parking option was to valet. Even more disappointing was that I had a nice shirt stollen out of the back seat of my car while Top Golf had my key and car. read more

We recently visited Top Golf during the Thanksgiving holiday. The customer service was outstanding. I will only return to this Topgolf location in the Atlanta area because of the service. My car had a flat tire and ZACH ORTEGA change my truck tire with no complaints. He instantly offered to help me without any monetary compensation. Also, the fact he changed it in 20 minutes, was AMAZING. AAA would have took 2 hours to come and took 1 hour to change the tire. I know for a fact the Atlanta location (downtown) would have NEVER helped me because they are too busy and under staffed. Only go to Topgolf Alpharetta for the BEST service. Went Saturday Night and the place was PACKED...3 hour wait to hit balls when we got there at 8PM. (We finally hit at midnight). Place is cool...but they need two more. I know Midtown is opening up. I want to give shout outs to THOMAS and MARCUS who took GREAT care of us. That place is lucky to have those two guys. We will be back...but will have to time it better. read more

Found this place while I was visiting Georgia with a few of my girlfriends. Great Food. Great Place. The only issue is that the servers take forever to bring food and or drinks back to your table it seems like they forget what they are doing. But none the less the shining star of my experience was meeting this young man named Tj there today. He just had such a great inviting attitude that made me and the girls feel welcomed. I recently traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for work and leisure to scope out possible new homes since my work will be having me transferred in the coming months. I was pleasantly surprised in a good way when I came upon this Golf Course. Golfing is one of my favorite past times and I tend to have many golf orientated work meetings. So, I was ecstatic! I had a wonderful experience at Top Golf. -As I entered the building I was greeted and conversed with a young man named TJ. He told me all about Top golf and suggested that I should follow Top Golf on Facebook and Instagram for the chance to win awesome prizes and to get the latest news, which I think is a fantastic idea and will do very soon, probably after I am done writing this! This young man answered all my questions with a smile on his face and even gave me a bottle opener, which is a huge plus- free stuff rocks! Once I relocate to Atlanta I will definitely be looking forward to going back to Top Golf. The service was impeccable and I am not one to toot horns but the young man that waited on me (TJ) was a remarkable young adult who is surely doing his job correctly and is a huge part of why I will be coming back to Top Golf. I will start off by saying I had higher expectations from this place than what I actually experienced. My friend and I came on a Saturday night to the top patio for dinner. There were only two other tables sat and we waited over 15 minutes for a server to come greet us. Then we waited another 15 for our drinks, which were only waters. Our server was friendly, however the service is not on point here. After we got our food we had to flag down another server to get silverware, which the napkin was so damp you couldn't even rest it on your lap. My friend had things added to her check that we never even received. Tables and chairs were also a mess. The ONLY thing that saved this visit was the DJ of all things. BY FAR the best DJ in Atlanta. As for the rest of this place, restaurant wise I wouldn't come back to eat, ever. read more
