I ordered the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wings. It appears the lemon pepper wings is a dry rub while the garlic Parmesan appears to be a wetter rub. Both tasted delicious. Although the wait is a bit long, it seems as though it's all made to order. The wait was worth all of the flavor we got! However, on other times when the owner isn't around, you can tell the service vastly differs. The cooks in the back talk poorly really loud about how much they hate working and don't want to be there. The host/waiters at the front look miserable and are unpleasant to talk to both with their faces and attitude in interactions. At least the quality of the food was still there during these times which brings us back for more. But, we probably won't be dining in again and would prefer takeout after these latter meals we had there.
