And again i called today... no answer. I just went in because i want a specific game and there was one girl working and another guy who may have worked there just leaning on the counter on his phone. The girl with all the face piercings was already helping another customer but stopped mid way to help me, i asked my question and she halfway answered before walking away with me to continue her other customers. At the end, when it was time to pay he said it was $200 for the TV damage. TV was still playable as seen in picture. Gamer trucks are always a big hit but the surprise at the end was unpleasant. Wish it was discussed before hand or right when it happened but definitely need better supervision with VR from the Gamers Luxury Team.
