This video place has changed to a new owner and newly remodeled. Got each movie for $1 each, super cheap! the new movies are 1.99 a day still cheaper than red box. They also have a lot of movies that is not released in the movie theatres on continued saga movies that never made it to the big screen, but still good. They also have super cheap movies for sale that is like 4 for $10. Definitely going here again and the owner is a really nice guy. read more

Yo Yo video is one of the few video rental spots left. You can get DVD's here that aren't available in the red box and also if you are into adult videos they have those to. There prices are pretty good cause they are a dollar a day or a 2-3 dollars a few days. So I guess they are trying to compete with the red box but that is not easy with the fact that they are located everywhere. The place looks like a hole in the wall and always seems like they are doing inventory because behind the counter they always have a ton of boxes and stuff lying around. So the membership here is worth it because you don't need a credit card to rent you can just pay cash and not have to worry about it which is a good thing if you are on a budget. read more

Bad customer service. He tells his customers to buy in eBay if they ask for a little discount on their old pre viewed dvds. Very rude.

great selections and lots of new movies. They always have the newest movies and the price is cheap. I like going here rather than rebox cuz redbox always has no new movies. Also yoyo gets there movies faster than redbox read more

Skip to the last line if you don't want to read the terrible details-- Okay- let me just get this out there, I've always rented all of my movies here..as well as bought some. Their service is usually really good, when certain people work. There are only two girls there that actually know what they're doing. They're movies are fine, I've never experience any problems with them; and if you do experience a problem they are happy to exchange it for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a place with good customer service, you might want to try elsewhere. Here's where it all begins, I walk in: #1- Not greeted-- Okay, I usually do not care about these things, but she didn't even smile or acknowledge me whatsoever. #2- Didn't ask if I needed any help-- let me add that I was the only one in that place. #3- After looking through their movie pile that they have for sale, I asked her if they had a specific movie on sale because I had seen it there before. Now, we all know the correct answer would be "I could check if we have any available for you." Nope! this girl comes back with "I don't know..did you see it out there?" okay, strike 3. this girl had officially signed her name to my Sh*t List (yes, i capitalized that because it's legit). #4- While I was browsing their selection, instead of focusing on the 3 other customers that walked in..this broad was compulsively changing the radio station and playing with the volume. Really?! #5- I'm ready to make my purchase, she goes looking for the DVD's for a good 15-20 minutes, meanwhile a line forms. These customers don't seem very happy either..they're talking all kinds of nasty about her (how she doesn't know what she's doing, how slow she is, etc) I don't say one word about her. She comes back with my DVD's, informs me that she was not able to find one of them, rings me up, and tada! I'm done. ---but wait, there's more! She thenn proceeds to help the customer that wasn't even standing in line..w.t.f. Oh! here's the zinger, as I walk away..."Have a nice day" could this really be? did she actually tell me to have a nice day?? I turn around, and that voice came from a customer standing in line -_- I smiled, and replied to the customer as she just looked at him all confused...maybe she needs a few pointers on customer service? okayy, not a few..A LOT. Bottom line: Good selection, TERRIBLE customer service. read more

It's nice to see one of the last few remaining DVD rental stores continue to have great customer service. Always have movies earlier than release date anywhere else. They also offer good deals when buying DVD's or Blu-rays. I'll always enjoy coming to this place rather than renting from redbox or Netflix. read more

Yoyo video is the best movie rentals that I have heard of they have real good prices and the people there treat you real nice

My problem was only one's and let you remind you I was customer when they firsts open so my account number was like less 100 so have a sour taste.. They were always good pricing but once I returned accidentally my own movie on a rush, they end up sending me to collections without notice and when I found out I had there copy I tried to retrieve it and they said it's too late, it's off to collection, I had to pay like 100 on a bullshit 20 dollar movie read more
