The photo below is false, as it pertains to business hours. This storage facility is simply the…read moreworst I have ever had to deal with. The store hours on the door read that it closes at 6:00pm. However, I pull up, and the door is locked, and the lights are out. With at least 15 min left before they close, you would think that a business would honor their business hours. However, this one does not. It might be time for a change to someone else who can be more accommodating. Closing early with no other reason than not wanting to stay until actual closing time shows signs of bad customer service.
