Self-serve copying, self serve computer stations, so I don't very often interact with those behind the counter. When I have interacted with those behind the counter, my service has been pretty good. I had to get a report bound for school, and that was handled very well. However, The last few times I have been there, I'm afraid they are allowing some shady behavior in the computer section. The last couple of times I have gone back to use the computer stations, people have literally been sleeping at the stations. It's almost as though they are allowing vagrants off the street to come in and crash. It's getting kinda shady. If it happens again I'm going to have to tell someone at the store.

However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. So, I purchased the service and was sent confirmation that a Hello Tech would make contact with me to schedule the install. On September 24, 2024, I received the email requesting that I select the date and time to install. I selected the evening of September 24, 2024, from 6pm to 8pm. Approximately two hours later the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Because Walmart site indicates no refund on mounting services, I made contact with Hello Tech via phone. I was advised that my location was outside of their service area. They didn't even mention refunding my money. When I asked about the money I had already paid, I was advised that it would take 4 to 6 weeks before a check could be sent out to me, or 7 to 14 days by PayPal. I requested the PayPal method of reimbursement. As of date, I have not received my money. Why would you accept a job, take the money, then say you do not service the area. I ended up paying another company to mount my television, while I continue to wait on my refund. This service (or lack of service) is terrible; I would not recommend Hello Tech to anyone.

The router is bad but to get to that point Julians methodical mindset went through multiple steps before coming to that conclusion. I'm pretty patient but his demeanor was exemplary and shows he really like what he does and cares about people. I would recommend him for future assignments and to my friends as well.
