I had hoped the situation would be resolved without needing to leave a public review. Unfortunately, after my own experiences, as well as concerns I later heard from others, I cannot in good faith remain silent. My first visit for a standard inspection was positive and professionally documented. I genuinely appreciated the information provided and how it was presented at a reasonable price. However, my second visit for electrical diagnostics raised serious concerns about billing transparency, communication, and professionalism. I am hard of hearing, so clear communication and billing explanations are especially important to me. I was billed for a $50 general inspection plus two separate $145 electrical diagnostic charges without clear explanation beforehand. I agreed to the inspection and one diagnostic charge, not two. My primary concern was a radio intermittently losing power during startup and shifting, which can often indicate a voltage drop or grounding issue. The only documented testing referenced in the report for that concern was a parasitic battery draw test, which showed a normal reading. The note provided stated that these radios commonly fail, but no documentation was provided showing testing of the radio's power supply, ignition feed, or grounding related to the intermittent reset condition. Because the diagnostic explanation was inconclusive, I later performed my own troubleshooting to better understand the issue. Through systematic testing of wiring continuity, ground integrity, and power supply under load, I was able to isolate the fault to a specific failure that was not the radio itself. Additionally, I mentioned at drop-off that I suspected a burned taillight circuit board simply as a courtesy so the shop would be aware of it. I did not request a separate diagnostic for that issue. However, I was billed another $145 diagnostic charge to remove the assembly and confirm the circuit board failure without any prior discussion that this would be treated as a separate diagnostic service. When I asked for clarification regarding the double billing and scope of the diagnostics, the interaction became defensive rather than collaborative, and the concerns were not addressed constructively. Battery system checks are a routine part of most general inspections, which made being charged an additional diagnostic fee for that same testing especially difficult to justify. Paying for professional expertise is expected, but in this case I paid $290 for diagnostics that did not meaningfully address the issue I brought the vehicle in for and included work that I did not clearly authorize as a separate diagnostic service. When billing transparency, technical clarity, and professionalism break down in a customer service industry, it becomes difficult to maintain trust. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers request clear written confirmation of what each diagnostic charge includes before authorizing work.

Don't ever confuse being furious with being difficult! First LIE; Shawn, Bill & Shawn Jr ALL proudly shared with me the new 30K Engine Analyzer they had & would be using to diagnose the reason for the SERVICE ENGINE SOON warning dash light coming on. Second LIE; Yes THAT SERVICE ENGINE SOON is the correct light that was on & the reason I brought my mother's car in. Shawn was aware THAT was the warning dash light that was lit & he even reset it following their unneeded service. Not a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Third Lie; I DID NOT MOVE ANY BARREL blocking your carwash entrance & for you to accuse me of doing that is beyond ridiculous. If Shawn is such an honest guy, as you initially touted to me, he would have told you HE MOVED THAT BARREL & then told me to drive in & he'd start the carwash. It never started, not one drop of water was ever released. Shawn even apologized to me saying he was sorry he didn't realize it was not working. I was even told to come back in the Springtime for a free wash. I hope my reviews give future potential customers pause before taking their vehicle to your service center. Again with the false accusations. Any still pictures you claim to have of "a woman moving your barrel" is not me. Ask Shawn, IF he's the honest guy you say he is, he'll tell you the truth, HE MOVED THAT BARREL. YOU however are the height of an unprofessional businessman. Funny how when you texted me pleading with me to bring the car back you stated "I'm not like those other guys, I'm professional & I just want to make it right for you" HA AND by calling a dissatisfied customer a "Karen" immediately identifies you as a immature & hateful MAGA, certainly NOT ANY KIND OF PROFESSIONAL!
