The other guys took a month and that was with five million emails being sent asking where my order was. They even do our ads for special events for $50 and the proof is sent to me that day. If I talk to a sales rep and give a specification, they communicate it directly to the tech team and let us know if something technical will impact the final product. Also, their website is really user friendly for a small business. I was able to submit artwork for remittance envelopes online, and someone called me right away after I placed the order to follow-up and make sure the specifications were correct. I can also do all proof approval online for free. Their pricing is very competitive from what I have seen, even compared to our staples business account.
