Recommend! Got a…read morestealth PPF for the wife's black Mach E here, and was very pleased with the final product. They seem to run a good shop, which is probably why its filled with expensive cars every time I visited. I had got a few quotes for PPF and felt that the price here was quite reasonable. Only complaint was that the car took forever to get PPF'd. I did drop it there straight from buying it at the dealership, and they did mention that they'd only be able to start the following week. But it still took about 3 weeks after that to turn around, which was longer than the 2 weeks that I was initially quoted. I'm a bit surprised by that given other reviews are mentioning their cars were done quicker. In any case, I would rather they take their time and do a good job rather than rushing. I would bring my Cayman here to get PPF'd now, but I already have a bunch of chips. If I ever get another sports car I will likely bring it here.

If the system would allow, I would give it 0 stars. Finally ended up paying to get it redone. There are cuts in my paint panels. These types of things are generally -masked- with the film installed but once removed, you see it Very disappointed in this. For those interested in film installs, just keep this in mind when you vet out your installer. They are using *x-acto* type knives to score the film on the car. It takes a skilled hand to do it.

It's owned by one of the friendliest couples I've ever come across. They're passionate about cars and treat my car like it's their own. On several occasions, the car is ready later than anticipated. It's not because they're behind schedule. Rather, they are going the extra mile to ensure every part of my car is perfect. I have a matte paint job, and it's a lot of maintenance to keep up. Every time I bring it here, it looks like the day I drove it off the dealership. On two occasions, I've had paint from a car I (gently) swiped on the body of my car. Somehow, they managed to get it off without dulling the matte. Magic. I've had my car detailed several times, got a light ceramic treatment, and even got my windows tinted here. They do it all. It's taken YEARS to find a shop like this. I'm definitely a life time customer.

They were very professional and explained everything to me in detail. I received a very fair quote for the work and there were no hidden surprises. They corrected the issue, they striped the wheels and recoated the gloss finish, and the wheels came out looking proper. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!…read more If I can give this place 0 stars I would, here was my experience. I sent their page a DM for rim repair and ambient lighting for my interior, they quoted for me $1,000. In the DM message I asked if it would be done in one day they told me it would. I drove all the way from Queens so I prepped to just hang around Brooklyn all day rather than take a 2 hour train ride each way to come back and pickup once done. I dropped my car off and when I got there they told me they couldn't do the lighting that day, I told them no problem ill come back another time I just really wanted to get the rim fixed. When I left they told me they would text me once they were done. I spent the day in Manhattan and since they closed at 5:30, when I didn't get a text and it was 4PM I sent them a message but didn't get nothing back. I then went back to the shop and got there just before closing and when I asked about the status of my car they told me it wasnt done, it was on bricks across the street and they hadn't begun working on the rims. The complete opposite of what they told me! so I spent the whole day wasting time just waiting for my rims not to be done. I then asked when will it be done they told me about 4 days from now. I told them I needed my car for work so it took hem about an hour to give me spare tires they had until I came back. Nobody called me for a status update, I called them mid week to see if it was done and they told me it was so I went the following Saturday. While trying to remove their spares and put mine back on, they stripped one of my wheel locks and then looked at me like it was my fault. I was getting frustrated but just wanted to get out for a there so for the wheel lock they stripped, I had to drive to a local shop the stripped lock removed and paid for it myself. When I got back and went to finalize payment I asked if I would be getting a refund due to me paying half upfront - $500 and since I didn't want to do the lighting anymore then I should get a refund because only the rims cost about $400. They told me no the $1,000 was only because you had the bundle and since you only doing the rims you dont get a refund. I got into back and forth with the lady or man that I was talking to because their customer service and care was absolutely terrible. To top everything off, when I get home my one of my tires went flat, I filled it up and the next day I am on road and it goes flat again! Turns out they damaged my valve stem too!!! I cannot stress enough do not go here if you care about your car and be taken care of. It seems as if they only care about they people they have relationships with that come there and if your just a random customer they could care less.
