I expected to pay a price. I did not expect that price to be $3.50 per page. Luckily, the setting was set to print on both sides minimizing the paper. I have gone to other UPS stores and paid for my label to be printed. I have NEVER, EVER been charged the high price that I was charged here. The most I've paid so $1, which is a fair price. The moral of the story, if you have to go here make sure that you print your label beforehand because you might have to pay $$7 plus tax for the shipping label and packing slip if they don't print it double-sided.

I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. Or online, which we now use for reorders. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. There are sometimes long wait times to ship things, but I've never stood in line for more than 15min. For international shipping, FedEx is a little cheaper than UPS (and I had success shipping a package to Singapore). 3. If you need something printed or bound, you can call their store and they'll give you an email to send the file to. Do this ahead of time, and you can pick it up same day in the afternoon. There's also a pretty large copy center, passport photos, a lot of photocopy machines, and some computers. The staff here are nice - it's always busy so they're hustling just doing their job. Overall, I'm happy to have a FedEx nearby that offers all of these services!

Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
