A relatively compact branch of the fashionista's favourite. Downstairs is packed with stylish temptations; footwear is located at the back of the store. If your shopping exertions have given you sugar cravings, you can fulfil them by adding a bag of sweetness (as you wait in-line to pay) to your chosen wearables.
At most times of the day there are queues here and you'll always have to wait to get into the fitting rooms. (They have lovely rich jewel coloured silk-looking curtains but they rarely close fully and with space at a premium, they're no pleasure to spend much time in (not sure if that's intentional or not)
Sale time sees this shop even more packed-out than normal, so it's not for the impatient or faint-hearted. If you have the determination and tolerance (combined with a stroke of luck) you can get some brilliant bargains then.
If you visit with your (male) partner and he can't cope with the wait, there's plenty for him to browse and try-on in Top Man upstairs. read more
