The quality of the clothes is also quite poor - I accidentally bought a top in Primark that had somehow managed to be sewn with the straps entangled, and was virtually unwearable. The staff seem friendly and the service is good, but the queues are often quite long and the temperature in the store is often uncomfortably hot for no explicable reason. Of course, the prices of items are, as would be expected, low.

There is also a customer services department for refunds and queries. It is an extremely busy store but nevertheless there are ample checkouts and the staff deal very efficiently with the queues so the wait is never too long. There is an excellent range of products and the store seems to be kept reasonably tidy compared to the smaller branches.
