It's the shoes; such wonderful shoes and not too many of them so it feels manageable to take a look. And best of all, there's nearly always a sale so you can justify why you're checking again - you know, just in case they have your size, and whilst you're there why not, of course, check out the new stock? It's like Office with some of the slightly off-key, trendy brands common to it- Sugar and Vagabond to name a couple. There are also clothes at the back, of the same ilk as its shoes, fashionable, quirky and a little different to that which you normally find on the high street. The only downfall is the price, which can be pretty high. But there are, of course, the sales.

They also have the shoes and clothes in the same shop which is well it just makes sense doesn't it? I'd spent the weekend at my boyfriend's house and had run out of pretty clothes to wear. Instead of doing the sensible thing and going home, i went shopping! hurrah! After trying on almost every single dress, I decided to buy shoes instead and was just treated really really well. So well that i couldn't tell if the cute shoe guy was hitting on me. That's the kinda service I can live with. I love my new shoes too. Someone told me they looked like they were from Mui Mui. Happy much?

All shoes I've bought here have held up wonderfully and are super comfortable. The reason I rave about this company though is the customer service I received while making an international shipping order from their website. They were able to deliver to a tiny hotel in Lake Como, Italy, within a relatively limited time frame. They even called the hotel to ensure the package arrived when they couldn't reach me by cell phone. I couldn't be more grateful for their diligence.

On day in november i was looking desperatly for a dress and i entered this shop. I felt in love. It is one of my favourite clothes shop. It is tidy and clean. Clothes are well exposed and you can easly see them all and find your size whatever it is. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms are huge! I think they have more than 10, with a really good light and with many mirrors. The maximum of clothes you can try is 10 but if you go during the week time you can try a couple of more. They also have a big space all dedicated to shoes. It's a dream. Prices are super honest and you can choose between two brands. The one from new look -cheeper- and another one more "formal" and a little bit more expensive. I will repeat myself but i love this store

Word to the wise: your non-walking-city shoes ARE NOT made for a "walking city" i.e. London. Since I had to get to my meeting at 9:30, I was at a loss as to where to find footwear that wasn't going to scuff the floors of where my meeting was held! Luckily, from my previous years residing in London, I recalled Brunswick Square. Oh the memories! Nostalgia aside, I walked through the Square, and I noticed that New Look was open! So, I walked in with a mission: to find American Size 7 shoes (preferably short boots) that went with all my business wear and did not look hideous. The staff here was amazingly helpful! They were able to narrow down the search to what I was looking, even searched the back of the shop to find my size, and brought out two options. A winner was found. I chucked my "non-walking-city" shoes at New Look, and enjoyed the remainder of my time in London with my new boots from New Look. Thanks for keeping my feet warm and dry (and not trashy)!

It used to be pretty great in here. I bought my first expensive pair of shoes in here the day I started uni. They might not fit anymore but they're still pretty. That was 6 years ago. Now the place is rubbish. Overpriced and really shoddy. Not just that but the shoes are ugly. Unless you really want a pair of red patent platform wedges? No, me niether. Everything is very over the top here. Its a small shop and the staff have a knack of making you feel uncomfortable if you're just looking. Which is horrible when there's four of them veen if the shop is empty. It's the kind of place I hate going into if I'm not feeling at my best. This makes shopping a bit rubbish. I pop in everytime I'm shopping in Greenwich, but someone please put a decent shoe store in the town. My feet are not happy.
