All shoes I've bought here have held up wonderfully and are super comfortable. The reason I rave about this company though is the customer service I received while making an international shipping order from their website. They were able to deliver to a tiny hotel in Lake Como, Italy, within a relatively limited time frame. They even called the hotel to ensure the package arrived when they couldn't reach me by cell phone. I couldn't be more grateful for their diligence.

Clothes are well exposed and you can easly see them all and find your size whatever it is. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms are huge! I think they have more than 10, with a really good light and with many mirrors. The maximum of clothes you can try is 10 but if you go during the week time you can try a couple of more. They also have a big space all dedicated to shoes. It's a dream. Prices are super honest and you can choose between two brands. The one from new look -cheeper- and another one more "formal" and a little bit more expensive. I will repeat myself but i love this store

Apparently & Other Stories is a brand under the H&M family, along with COS (another store we should have in the US) and it is quality modern design at an affordable prices, even with the conversion to USD. A blogger compared the RTW to Acne and I would agree, that's the vibe. I was there during the end of season sale; I bought a cotton and leather dress for $65 USD after 50% off. The sandals that I saw on sale had a strong Alexander Wang and Marni vibe. The fall shoes were very cool, some kind of out there as well. All of the shoes were made in Italy and were of really good quality. I actually ended up going back the next day for a pair of menswear-inspired loafers that cost me about $150 USD. I would definitely recommend a trip to & Other Stories if you can fit it in. I will be returning on my semi-annual pilgrimage to London!

Walking…read moredown Portobello Market this lunchtime, my friend and I were drawn to the display of gorgeous clogs. We are both big fans of the wooden sole and admired the large selection of unusual designs ranging from plaited open sandals to lace up boots! What made the stall stand out most of all though was the friendlyness of the stallholders. You'd be surprised how much there is to learn about Scandinavian clogs. Both were wearing their wares, too, which is always the best advertising. We couldn't justify adding yet another pair of clogs to our overflowing wardrobes at this occasions, but will definitely come back or order online. What lovely people, pay them a visit!
