But huge thanks to Alex and the staff, they went above and beyond in helping me to get a brand new tire ordered and installed for me. They really didn't have to, I would've been happy to go to a place that actually services flat tires on small cars. But Alex helped me anyway, and I can't thank him and his staff enough for all their help! The service manager at Tracy VW refused to honor the second repair on the clockspring issue and wanted me to pay full price. When I called Bob for help he referred me to VW Merced for this issue. It was such an awesome referral because VW Merced contacted VW and I still had 5 years left on my recall for the clockspring. It was fully covered!
