August 4, 2025 I drove a properly good operating vehicle to Jiffy Lube and requested an oil change…read more After several hours of aggressive upsale tactics, the Cashier suggested that I prepay so that when they started the vehicle I would be able to leave without delay. Immediately after charging my card, the hood was closed and I was told that they could no longer start the vehicle due to an electrical issue and I would have to have the vehicle towed from the premises. I vehemently objected and insisted that they repair the damage to my vehicle. I was told that they know nothing about the electrical system and insisted that I have the truck towed from the Jiffy lube premises. It was determined that Jiffy Lube damaged the fuel control module, the electric lift pump and/or the cabin fuel fuse. when these three items were replaced the truck started and again has operated flawlessly for the past eight months without issue. Jiffy Lube ahs taken and maintains that the non start status of the vehicle predated my visit to Jiffy Lube and refuses to pay for the damages they caused. This is of course outrageous, ridiculous and impossible because the vehicle was started and driven into the shop.

Preston was very courteous and advised me that he would be able to help me. I try to do "simple things" myself but when I realized that you had to go through the tire fender area, I went to the professionals. Good thing I did! After replacing the buld, it still wouldn't work. Chris had to connect the computer and reset the system. Apparently, when the bulb blew, the computer shut dow the "port" and it had to be reset. After being reset, the light came on and worked properly. These guys are great at what they do!! I will continue to use these guys and have already shown my 17 yrs old daughter how to use their service as well. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

I called express oil and spoke to an agent and i inquired about the free ac check and the agent sounded put off i inquired about it. I asked what was included in the ac check and he blurted out "WE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT BLOWS COLD! I asked again what tests would be run on the ac. The employee clarified they simply turn the ac on and then turn it off. So essentially the 'free ac check' is just a lie to get you into their shop.

They verbally spoke to each other about what task they were completing, other workers instinctively handed them tools and took over other tasks. It was refreshing to see a group of people that cared about doing their job and doing it well with pride and camaraderie. I was very impressed. They had me in and out so fast too. They made me a fan today and I'm very likely to stop wasting time at my previous "go-to" places because This experience far exceeded my experience at any of my previous oil change experiences. Customer beware: I recently had my check engine light come…read moreon in my 2022 VW Tiguan. AutoZone ran a scan and told me it was related to the EVAP system. I then took my vehicle to Precision Tune Auto Care for a diagnosis, but instead of addressing the EVAP issue, they told me I needed new spark plugs. I agreed to the work, but before I even left their shop, the check engine light came back on. When I returned immediately, they scanned the car again and admitted the code was still for the EVAP system, not spark plugs. The manager "giggled" the gas cap, cleared the code, and sent me on my way. The next morning, the check engine light was back on. I then went to a different shop (Riddle), where they were honest and transparent. They confirmed that the issue was in fact the EVAP system, and even informed me that VW may cover the repair at no cost. When I went back to Precision Tune, they handed me the spark plugs they supposedly replaced, but could not provide any proof from their scanner that my car ever showed a spark plug-related code. This experience left me feeling that this business is not trustworthy. They charged me for unnecessary repairs and failed to fix the actual problem. Please beware when considering this location for your automotive needs.

While there, though, they had a tire special, so I decided to get the tires replaced. They beat the competition in the local area as far as price goes. Once again, no appointment, but they got it done before noon. I'm happy with the service and responsiveness. I'll be back!
