I asked once again on Yelp to confirm they were coming. I had heard that I would need advice from a structural engineer, and they said yes. Then, I called them directly again, to verify if the manager would be able to speak on the structural feasibility of the project. After calling the manager's number provided by the receptionist multiple times, there was no answer - maybe he was on the job. However, when my husband called AD Master again, he was able to reach someone and when he asked about the site visit, they said they didn't have our appointment on the books. We had to schedule once again on the phone. Long story short, someone did come (at 10am, not the agreed time) and they thought they were there for a deck repair. To be honest, he just seemed uncomfortable to have showed up to the wrong job site and didn't contribute much - no estimate of cost or work was shared by him. I liked the quality of work I saw on the photos, but would not likely hire them due to the poor communication so far. Edit response to AD Master: After speaking with your customer service agent, Viky, she shared that many of your employees do not speak English as a first language, causing the miscommunications. Then we found A.D. Master Construction. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it correctly. The owner, Dmytro, came out personally to provide the estimate, which we appreciated. On the first day of the project, I had a few concerns, and Dmytro came out right away to address them. He took the time to explain everything, and I immediately felt confident we were in good hands. Ruvim did an excellent job with the siding--it looks fantastic. Most importantly, after testing, the leak is finally gone! We're very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. The owner of Seattle Roofing came out and confirmed that it had come from my roof. He flew a drone to inspect the roof but said he couldn't find where it came from. Then on June 18, 2026, I noticed something else that didn't look right on the roof. I contacted the company, and a technician came out and fixed one issue, but he left without any explanation or even letting me know he was finished. Using my phone's zoom feature, I could still see an area of the roof that didn't look right. I asked the company to have the technician come back. Unfortunately, I received rude responses from Steven. He always spoke as if the problem was somehow my fault. I had to follow up several times and remind him that the rainy season was approaching, but nothing happened. This was only the second time Seattle Roofing had to send someone out to my house since installing the roof. If the job had been done correctly the first time, we wouldn't even be having this discussion. Eventually, I received a response saying that the technician had determined the area was fine. I sent Steven an updated photo and asked whether the exposed section of the roof looked acceptable to him. I never received a response. You can decide for yourself by looking at the photos and determining whether you would want to hire a company that treats customers this way after they've already been paid. I spent a lot of money on this roof for the peace of mind that it would protect my home. Instead, I'm left worrying about potential issues, trying to find someone else to correct what appears to be their mistake, and still have not received any explanation as to why the exposed section of the roof is considered acceptable.
