So when I chose one of the choices she gave me, after the insert showed up, the workers had no way to lift it and install it (due to the weight of it). Fortunately, I had other work going on at the house to where we had a Bobcat (with forks) and those construction workers agreed to help these workers from Evergreen Chimney....which is completely not their job! So these workers from this company showed up unprepared! Then the workers from Evergreen Chimney told me they never installed a blower for this insert before. So my immediate question was "then why did you sell this to me?!" So they charged me to install it and the blower (electrical work), but to this very day, does not work. I paid thousands of dollars to have a wood stove insert with a blower, and the blower doesn't even work! These people do not know what they are doing. The owner is the worst person to deal with. They low-balled the quote, charged me twice the quote, didn't install the insert properly, and the owner yells at me as if it is my fault! She is unbelievable! I am definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and then potentially taking them to court! Do not use this company!
