Brian was very polite and friendly also respectful He arrived on time very easy to talk to My whole family felt very comfortable with him He was very detailed came prepared He sat down with us went through every little detail on what they and how they do and what they use for there projects He went through pictures that shows us how it's done what it looks like and what to expect when they do the project The best thing that really caught my eyes and ears is how they customer friendly they are especially when it comes to figure out how or where to get the money and What they do I wish alot of other companies would do to make it easier to get things done around your home The plan that Brian explained makes it easier for customers to get the work done right away it really benefits the customers Last but not least is the pricing it's very reasonable and affordable for customers and that is a major plus in my eyes Thank you read more

I needed an emergency waterproofing done due to serious Molds invasion to my basement. My builder recommended B-Dry. I google them and based on the work site zip code, I contracted with Spring Brook Township Site. The price is at market. Unreal is the Work warranty lasting life time that you own the house. More unreal is the boss, Bob, just amazing that he accommodated my urgency. The work is a true professional job: NO Doubt about it. In Particular, Dave, the job-site leader who is so patiently explaining before start, so that at the end, the result is totally on target (time, scope, material quality, workmanship) all met all my needs. I am so happy with the workers who keep the job is always neat, and the exit cleanup great. Dave also explains what need to be done just incase certain events taking place. Anyone needs waterproofing. They are the men. Why go to somewhere else and take a chance. Most important to all house owners is courtesy service, no surprises. They delivered. read more

We gave them the full payment (more expensive than expected) even though a product had been applied to fill some cracks, and needed to be cleaned after a few days. Then things turned really bad. First they never send the cleaner they were supposed to send. They never send the finale invoice neither. After chasing them for months, they finally came, tried something, but because the huge marks on the floor were impossible to remove, they simply disappeared and even blocked our phone number! At the end, we paid a significant amount of money for a very poor result as we have major stains everywhere, plus it was so annoying to have to chase them for weeks and weeks and weeks...
