The lead tech jumped to conclusions without doing a full system review, changed out parts unnecessarily and was difficult to deal with as he knew all the answers. The owner, Chris, however was extraordinary. I texted him with my concerns. He came out with the techs a few days later, agreed with assessment and adjusted the bill to remove the unnecessary costs. That sort of honesty and commitment to customer service is very rare. Buyers must always be aware of what work is being done but to have the owner step in like this surprised me. I'm confident Chris will be making some changes, at least through training. I would recommend the company.

The team was quick to respond on Yelp, very easy to schedule with online, and gave notice of when they were on their way. They were also very flexible when I needed to change the appointment time. Jose and Juan were very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient in their work, explaining clearly the issues they found along the way and the options we had for fixing them. They finished doing what needed to be done in a surprising amount of time, and left things neat after the job was done. Our sprinkler system now works like a charm, and we couldn't be happier. I tried again 3 three hours later with the same results. 4. No replies to my text even 24 hours later. 5. As of this writing 72 hours after the first text message, I have not received any replies to text and phone calls. I called Rain Day irrigation and the owner Prospero called back in an hour! He drove out that evening and gave me a quote,explained all the steps and equipment he would utilize. Within 6 business days I had a fully operational irrigation system, The crew was very professional worked with little disruption to the property and it was difficult to tell where the lawn was dug up because they reinstalled the sod near perfect. Finally, throughout the process Prospero's communication and customer service was fantastic and always timely and respectful. After the installation he reinspected the entire system with me.
