This place is freaking awesome! First off it is such a good deal for such an amazing time. Matthias was super cool and gave us so many pro tips. It's awesome how many fun things you can do here! It's not just throwing axes (which is fun on its own!). Also it's BYOB and bring your own snacks. Can't wait to come back!!!

We had a great time, went for Valentine's day. Mathias (spelling?) was great, went out of his way for us and showed us first timers the ropes and made us feel comfortable. Tipping is appreciated but not required, I wish I had know bc we prepaid and didn't have cash and he deserved the tip.

The party was for elementary aged kiddos but middle school kids and even parents got in on the games. It was super easy to book online and the team emailed me to confirm the same evening I booked. The staff member was professional, friendly, responsive and helped me pick the location to host. When he arrived he set it quickly and gave great instructions. He kept the attention of kids (as young as 5) and full grown adults for the full game. The set up and equipment is impressive and it was by far the best and easiest birthday party we've thrown for our kiddo! We have already booked again for an upcoming block party.

Mitch was super responsive and friendly. On the day of the event, I didn't really know what to expect. Mitch was on time, walked us through how the event would go, and started setting stuff up. He was great with our large group of 10-year-old girls and had them running missions in no time. The kids did not stop sprinting and laughing for the solid 2 hours. I highly recommend Run N' Gun for a kid's party or even a team-building event. Bonus, he sends you a highlight reel after the event so you can share it with friends and family. Thanks!!

We had also brought our own TV and bottles to smash (which was ok). As we were walking in the door, my friend gets a text asking to push our reservation as we see people still in the rage room. They tell us to come back in 15-20 minutes so we decide we'll go to the bar that's walking distance. We grab and drink and come back, there's people suiting up, the people who had a reservation AFTER us. They did not call or text us letting us know to come since it was our turn to go. They tell us to wait so we did in our cars. After 15 minutes we go inside. A man named Sloan, apologized on his coworkers behalf and gave us some extra bottle to smash. They allocate 20 minutes per party on the website so the turn around is fast. If a party takes too long it throws off the whole schedule. Sloan was very nice and we had a great time once it was our time to go. We got to play our own music and since we brought extra things to smash we used up the whole 20 minutes.

We did rage room and added on axe throwing at check out. (Pro tip: if you add on an extra service you get 10% off and you can book it in advance, although we did it for same day.) Rage room was fun, it be great if the room had a little AC bc you will sweat! Also would be cool to listen to some music to help you blow steam. (We played "break stuff" - Limp Bizkit on our phone) Time went by a little faster than we thought since it was 30min when you book but we had a 15min timer. (Another tip if you want video clip of your experience ask for it before starting) Axe throwing was cool. We played Cricket. Definitely will be coming back. We received loyalty card with stamps. They have dozens of picnic tables that you can have a snack on, and for only four bucks for a ten minute train, maybe fifteen minute train ride, it is a steal. I love the fact that they're trained their playground and their picnic tables are all on their trees. So you're not in the sun at all during the summer, when you come out next to a park that has soccer about basketballs, tennis goals. All kinds of stuff to do around you. We will definitely be bringing our daughter out for the years to come

After you're done, there is a playground for the kids and a nice "western town" area for photos. There are more attractions like a little train for kids but it was shut down so I don't know if they're working on it or what. Don't get your expectations up for the sights on the train ride - it's not much. A soccer field and then it's just dry brush / trees. One of the most disappointing elements was that there was no info given on the ride (saw speakers so the conductor could have talked). According to their website, the train takes you through the hideout of Sam Bass (outlaw that died in Round Rock) so that would have been cool to hear about. Overall, kids love trains so this is a good way to entertain them.

They give you 25 min but we were going through everything pretty quickly! They also had some file cabinets and old PC's for you to continue to smash through. The staff was very friendly, they automatically give you a speaker to connect your music to. Definitely recommend checking them out. Note: it does get warm in the room so dress appropriately since you will be given a jumpsuit. Also make sure you're wearing closed toe shoes. You'll have protective ear, head and face gear which will be needed since glass is jumping everywhere!

The guys in the front desk were very friendly, they let us connect to their speaker through Bluetooth and I played some hard rock music that I found fitting for the occasion. The session lasts 25 minutes. I added 2 TVs to smash, those are very hard to break since they only have metal bars and not sledgehammers as other rage rooms, I'd avoid purchasing them as extra next time. The guys were nice and gave me an extra computer monitor to break, it was fun! They also have 1 fridge and a broken washer that you can smash. Very therapeutic!
