First off let me start by saying, the day I purchased a fridge from this place it was dirty on the inside but I was told that the fridge would be tested for 24 hours and cleaned out before delivery, neither of those things happened. It arrived to me still filthy on the inside which I didn't see until after it was installed. It took me HOURS to clean and disinfectant that entire refrigerator of the mold and odor it had. It being tested was also a lie because I learned the next day that the ice maker didn't even work which wasn't disclosed despite some of the appliances he posts for sale will say whether or not the ice maker or water dispenser is working, but I let that go because I couldn't confirm how clean the inside of the ice maker was since the visible parts appeared to be nasty anyway. He does not honor his 90 day warranty policy. The fridge started running warm exactly 89 days into the 90 day warranty I was given. I called to see if he could send someone out to fix it. Was told to send a picture of the refrigerator along with the address where the appliance was delivered I did so within 30 minutes of our phone conversation with no follow-up from him after the fact. About three or four hours later I called back twice to get an update on when someone would be able to come out so that I could make sure I would be available, both calls were not answered so when I was able to do so I physically went to the warehouse to talk to him. His demeanor towards me was very condescending, I was told he knew that he would have issues with me based on our interaction at my house on the day of the delivery simply because I tried recommending an easier, quicker way to get to the kitchen and also because I wanted to prevent the trail of mess, dirty wet shoe prints and scuff marks left behind which the scuff marks on my hardwood and ceramic floors I still can't get out to this day. I never once called him with an issue prior to now. He even admitted that in either one of his phones did he find any call history or text threads between us. He profiled me suggesting that my personality is the reason I showed up to the warehouse (instead of sitting on my hands waiting for a response) and that I can't help myself because I've probably been like this all my life. Mind you that was only my second time talking to this man yet he seems to know my personality because he "studied psychology" (LOL). He said he could get someone out to my house within 48 hours. He also said that he has no way of testing appliances until it's in the customers possession even though mind you on the day it was purchased he told me it would be. On the day I was due to expect a technician to come out I get a text message the morning of from him saying my appliance is out of warranty and I need to consult with my home warranty company. The screenshots will show how our conversation went and the type of business person he truly is. Also forgot to mention that another customer walked in at the same time as me looking for a repair on her dryer he tried to talk her into just buying a new one long story short she saw what he had to offer and was not interested so she left, he then suggested that me showing up to the warehouse caused $600 to walk out of the door yet he thought we were together, it wasn't until she asked me what I was looking to buy is when he realized we didn't even know each other that's how calm and off to the side I was while he talked to her. He said to me even if the appliance is out of warranty I will still come by and take a look at it and see what I can do for you. I believe he never had any intentions on honoring the 90 day warranty that he puts on his appliances he just told me what he thought I wanted to hear to get me out of the warehouse and on my way. It shouldn't matter if I reached out on the 89th day, 90 is still 90. I don't care how much time other companies offer, I didn't buy from them, I bought from you! I should've went with my gut. So now I'm out $575 which may not seem like much to some but it is to me and its my money and have a malfunctioning fridge. read more
