She surely knows her stuff and works hard to help her customer through the ENTIRE process of buying carpet. She has been amazing through our process. We spent 1.5 hours getting help from the call center with our quote, to establish a coupon code along with correcting the color ect. Having to go through the call center really is hard. She even helped us with where seams would be and every saved us a couple hundred dollars. If carpet is something you are looking to get, I highly recommend working with Fatima if you can.

Ross and Tim who delivered the set, arrived late in the afternoon to assemble the table (a reasonable fee is charged for assembly of furniture) after they had already completed a ton of deliveries locally. They treated us as if we were their first delivery of the day - warm, personal, so enthused about my new dining room furniture.
