Went and got matching nails with my sister, they weren't able to seat us next to each other so I showed the technician what we both wanted and waited until someone else was ready for me. My technician was very rough and cut three of my nails while also giving me a burn of types with the nail file. The nails are fairly thick. Since I wasn't near my sister, they applied the chrome, which didn't resemble the photo. I wish they had told us they couldn't do what we wanted because we would have gone w/o it. My sister was done before me and we still wanted to match. They also charged her and I the same price when one of us got a fill and the other got a full set. Lastly, they only take cash so I had to use their atm which charges a service fee, overall not a fan. read more

I went in wanting a fill and the lady started cutting off my nails. I told her a i wanted a fill again after that and she looked at me in shock. She then proceeded to tell me my nails were long anyways and needed it... that's why I'm in here..for a fill and trim? She also did not soak off my nails either, she ripped them off with another acrylic nail. At the end my new nails were thick and not at all what I wanted. I usually don't complain about nail places, I just wanted to try a new place. I'm just disappointed that she also charged me for a full set price too. Never coming back. Very rushed. read more

Got my nails done here yesterday. They look great but the service was kind of rude and they added on extra prices that were not on the board. I was over charged for Gel Nails and Matte nails with a design. We had showed them what we wanted and they never told us they were extra or that they would be more. Don't recommend because their prices and customer service was terrible. Went back to get a refund and they told me I was wrong...would rate 0 if I could. They also cut up my sister cuticles and made her bleed. Also my white nail is now stained brown. read more

Not only did they do a bad job on my nails, they stole my money. I used a debit card and signed for one amount and they took it upon themselves to add more money onto my debit. Thank goodness I can dispute this with my bank. Nails were also uneven and the color turned pink when finished. They tried to fix dipped nail with another gel polish to remove the pink color. I got in here fast and the pricing was fair, however they clearly have signs near the entrance indicating they take credit/debit cards but they refused to take mine instead directing me to the sketchy ATM machine located in the salon. First time ever coming here. My nail tech did an amazing job, my nails look great. But this place is crooked. I was sitting up front. One lady gets done and the tech checking her out tells her their credit card machine is broken so she has to pay cash. Right away I'm annoyed because there were no signs saying cash only, nothing was said when I walked in. They have one of those ATM's like gas stations have. The lady gets her money from the ATM pays and leaves. Then a little old lady comes up. They tell her the same thing. She can't remember her pin so she's struggling to get money out of the ATM. The lady is on the phone with her husband, trying to figure out her password. I'm almost done and decided if she hasn't figured it out I was just going to pay for her. But guess what, remember the credit card machine that was broken...well it magically started working. So my turn to pay my nail tech wants me to pay cash and points to the ATM. I refuse, I told her I just saw the credit card machine work and I'm not paying a fee to use the ATM. She tells me to next time bring cash. I informed her I would not be back. That is so wrong to make your clients pay to use the ATM so you can get a kickback from the company. So beware of this place. It's sad my nails really do look good. read more

I'm visiting from out of town and wanted a pedicure for a wedding I was attending. I had to wait close to a half hour before I was finally called to a chair-it seemed busy, which to me is an indication of a solid business. The man doing my pedi was pleasant enough, but while trimming my cuticle, he cut me and it still hurts two days later. He complained because I'd trimmed my nails before coming (I always do), and was busy talking while pushing my cuticles back and hurt me. I had to stop him twice because it hurt. I get pedicures at least once a month and this is not common for me. Polish selection is slim and there was a tile missing from the ceiling with water dripping down into a bucket in the middle of the store....the store seems nice otherwise. Hopefully the residents of Columbus have a better place to get their nails done than this place; they deserve better. read more

My friend And I made appointment together and both received same services. They charged us completely different prices. When I asked why a full set acrylic no extras was $39 they told me the prices changed. Website says $25, sign in store says another price yet they charged me more than either. I went there a few weeks ago, they did great! I decided to go back to get a filling yesterday and had the WORST experience with nails that I've ever had before! Granted it was a different girl this time. She messed up at least 3 of my nails, somehow my "white" nails have thick grey streaks in them and one of them had a weird texture to it. She had to redo one nail 2 times because she kept messing it up. When she used the electric file to file my nail down at the bottom since it was a filling, she went way too far and I could feel it going too deep in my nail. By the end my skin around my nails were bleeding and then she put acetone on them which caused it to burn. My shape is messed up and two of my white nails have yellow tints on them somehow. I will for sure NOT being going back! And the prices are outrageous. read more

I called to inquire about pricing for three 10 year olda for mani/pedis and was told it would be $30 a child. I made an appointment for them on Saturday at 11:00. They did the girls pedis one at a time. The pedis overlapped some, but not much. They were finished about 1:30. When I went to pay I was told it was $35 each. When I questioned it I was told for 10 year olds that was the price. Very disappointing to be told one price and then after service was done told it would be more. Just be up front about your prices. I used to live in Columbus and would come here pretty regularly to get a mani/pedi. They have reasonable prices and do quality work. They are also very thorough so you won't get a rush job. I had been away from Columbus for about two years and came back to town for work so a trip to Top Nails for my regular mani/pedi was necessary. Cam-lyn is THEE best!! I have lived in a few cities and have never found anyone who skills are better than hers. People do make appointments with her so don't be surprised if you come in and request her and she can't get to you immediately. If I'm ever in Columbus I will make a trip to Top Nails to see Cam-lyn. read more

Excellent salon for nails. VERY reasonable prices for the quality of the work. I had my first set of nails done there in two years recently. None have popped off and it's been a few days after I should be needing a fill and new polish but they still look great. As for Tammy P, she needs to go back to where she came from.
