Very sad I think, she posted a picture of my hair before, and what I found funny( not necessarily ha, ha) but any woman who wakes up of the morning with hairspray and gel in their hair with no heat curls (google no heat curls) if you haven't heard of them, no damage is done to the hair it's self, but brushes it out before going to a hair appointment is going to look frizzy and even dry. Theresa didn't cut my hair after coloring it. She used no foil or cap to get the results I asked for. The lighting in her salon due too outside overcast and bad lighting I could not see the back of my hair to see it clearly, but when I got home I went down to my sisters house, Deana Stater my aunt Betty and aunt Sandy were also there they are both hair beauticians (retired), but when they asked me how much I paid they all told me I got took! Deana called Theresa, posing as a wanna be customer, describing my hair type and length as well as what I wanted done. Theresa gave Deana a quote of up to 100.00. I called Theresa back simply asking why she charged me $160.00, she gave a couple of excuses or reasons like she charged me by the hour... which both of my aunts laughed when they heard her say this and commented " that Hairstylist don't charge by the hour" this was something that they never heard of in their profession. when I told her that my sister was the one who had just called she started raising her voice at me then screamed "I don't give a fuck" then hung up on me, I tried calling back, but she wouldn't answer. I not once yelled, or cursed at her, not once! But she felt the need to block me on FB and Messenger. I later seen what she posted on her Business website after I gave her a bad review. I believe she hurt herself more on a business level than she did trying to hurt me or my feelings. She'll never get any business from me or my family ever again. Thanks for sharing is pic with me because I am going to post it on FB to show anyone who who reads it just how unprofessional she is. So very sad. The picture of the hair color is not what I got!!! I could've bought hair color at Walmart and got what she done to my hair... very disappointed!
