Very impressed! Jenny was my nail tech, and she was fantastic. She has what I would consider the golden trio of nail tech skills; fast, gentle, AND meticulous. I could tell she definitely knew what she was doing when she immediately chose the right sizes of nail tips for every nail without having to compare them or size them up. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I asked for short, almond-shaped nails, short enough that I could type on the keyboard at work. Jenny did a beautiful job on my nails, and she got them to the perfect length! Long enough for a feminine touch, but short enough to be practical. Most nail techs I've been to tend to err on the long side, but she got them just right. After I paid, she gave me a little stamp card that will get me a $20 discount after 12 visits! This spot is amazing. The massage during the pedicure was phenomenal, and they paid attention to detail. They did a great job with cuticles- which I feel like is always a good sign of how hard they are working to do good work. Their staff can do amazing designs on manis as well. Am I happy I found this nail salon. I had a mani-pedi four days ago and my nails look like I just had them done today. Although they do gel nails, I opted for regular polish. After four days of dishes and other household chores, my nails don't have a chip nor do they show any wear along the edges. Whatever Jennifer Nails uses as their top coat is a very durable giving you extra bang for your buck. The hand massage was great too. The lotion they used smelled yummy and left my arms feeling soft but not sticky. They offer a variety of pedicure options. I decided to treat myself to a really great pedi and was it ever worth it. Sitting in that massage chair having someone exfoliate and massage my tired feet and legs was the ultimate in relaxation. My feet never looked so good. They are smooth and pretty. I wasn't the only satisfied client. I watched two nail technicians work. One did gel nails and the other did acrylics. Their clients looked extremely pleased so I assume the techs did a good job. A friendly staff greets you as you enter the shop. It's nice to be acknowledged. You feel appreciated as a customer. I definitely plan to use Jennifer Nails again. read more

I am not one to typically leave reviews but I was definitely disappointed. I went in a week ago to get my nails done. I had called 30 minutes before to ask about a fill. I came in and the lady (two workers, a lady and a man) asked if I had called. I said yes and wrote my name down as I sat to wait. I started getting my nails done and as the man was shaving off my previous polish another women walked in. They lady asked if she had called and she said yes. She looked at me again and asked if I had called and I said yes. The women who had just walked in said she had called just five minutes before. So I continue getting my nails done, and after the man shaved off the color he tells me to go sit and wait while the women who just walked in gets her nails done. Mind you, she had just said she called five minutes before. I was shocked they made me get up so she could get her nails done. So I sat and waited until they finished another women's nails to do mine. Absolutely ridiculous. And even if they considered my appointment a walk-ins (which I had called 30 minutes before) it says outside that they accept walk-ins. The staff was also rude and unfriendly. Again, I'm usually not the type to write a review but I was extremely disappointed, and only a week later my nails are already chipping as well as one has already ripped off. My little toe nails are super tiny and weirdly shaped so I can tell if a nail technician is skilled or not immediately. Jennifer did a great job. She is very friendly and very skilled. I found this place on accident and I've been back multiple times! The nail techs are friendly and easy to carry a lively conversation with, the work is top notch and the prices aren't ridiculous. I really like the pedicure options--you can choose anything from basic care and polish to the whole spa experience. Owner (Jennifer) lacks social skills and good customer service. She doesnt make customers feel welcomed and when she paints your nails, she doesnt paint all the way to the top of the nail so after a couple of days your nails look like they need a refill. Dont recommend! read more

One of the workers kept giving my mom and I shit because we didn't make an appointment. We would ask for him to do something to our nails and his response was "if you make an appointment we can but we can't do that right now because we have appointments." The front window says "walk-in's welcomes" bur you'll get your ass chewed if you just walk in instead of making an appointment... I personally think the guy was rude for continuously making the comment about "we usually take appointments" when the sign says walk-ins are welcomed. My nails don't even look very good either... they are messy and you could tell he just wanted to hurry and finish them without worrying on the look of them. read more

They don't push back your cuticles. They do have great prices but I sometimes feel as tho they rush threw to just get you done.

I was thoroughly impressed with this place. I took my daughter and we got a manicure and pedicure. I do have a latex allergy and they were able to find latex free gloves to do the services. The gentleman that did my daughters pedicure was extremely friendly and talked and joked with her the entire time. She is 7 and this was her first pedicure. They did not skimp on the massages.
